Plantation Village Unit 9 is a first floor condo just a few steps from the beach! Free rental of kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, tennis courts, pickle ball, and children's playscape! There is a dive rinse area and concierge services with a security guard patrolling in the evenings.
Plantation Village is just a short walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping areas. Free parking and WIFI. At sunset, relax in a lounge chair with a glass of wine, cheese and crackers, and watch the show - it's different every night! Got kids? Lots of beach toys for them and you! It is a great location with 2 beautiful pools and beautiful landscaping.

We have been coming to Grand Cayman since 2007 and fell in love with the island, the people, and the atmosphere. We love having a place to retreat to get away from the hectic hustle and bustle of life. We find it almost magical the sense of peace and relaxation we feel almost immediately. We feel very blessed to own this condo and love sharing our little slice of paradise with you!
Why they chose this property
We love how close Plantation Village is to so many things to do. Many restaurants and shopping centers are within walking distance. But if you rent a car and want to drive, it is in the heart of the island, and nothing is very far.
What makes this property unique
Because Unit #9 is a first floor unit, there are no steps to climb to enter your condo. And just a few steps away, the beach and beautiful Caribbean ocean are there waiting for you with its beautiful warm water and snorkeling opportunities. Thanks to Mother Nature, the beach has gotten smaller in the last year, but with two beautiful pools and lots of lounge chairs, you can enjoy sunbathing, book reading, or power napping. In addition, Plantation Village provides kayaks, paddle boards, a tennis court, a kid's playscape, free WiFi, free parking, and concierge services at no additional charge.
