This modern apartment offers Baltic Sea vacation in the first row to the water. High-quality equipped and elegantly furnished, the sailor nest scores with an exclusive location directly on the harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and marina, this apartment offers full holiday luxury.

The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as well as the picture-perfect sunsets, which can be observed from the balcony.

Barrierearm designed this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a walk-in shower.

Above the things can be seen passing sailing ships at the Baltic entrance from the entire living-dining area and the balcony from watching. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers proximity to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range. Service is guaranteed, as the FERIENHAUS AGENTUR offers a personal concierge service every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
The Telekom Home Entertainment program offers additional entertainment on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the comfortable leather sofa.

The extensive equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites to a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und wir haben dort gerne gewohnt. Auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen und zuhören wenn unten die Fahrräder verliehen werden. Zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Einzig in den Fotos der Anzeige waren zwei Flens abgebildet aber es stand nur eine Weißweinflasche im Zimmer ;-)
