816 square foot 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cozy cottage that is great for a family get-a-way. It is within a 220 feet walk to the beach access, has a private outdoor 266-sf 6-ft deep pool and a nice porch where you can people watch while enjoying the ocean breeze. The house is 1-mile from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk where the famous Britts Donut Shop is located.

If you are interested in bringing your dog, there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog & please keep in mind the following per Carolina Beach, NC regulations:
Beach: - Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- October 1 through March 31, Dogs are allowed on the beach during all
hours
- April 1 through September 30, Dogs are only allowed on the beach before
9am & after 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9am – 5pm.
Boardwalk: - Dogs are not allowed on the historical wooden parts of the
boardwalk at any time & not allowed in the Boardwalk Business District

Comfortable Home Near Beach

Comfortable well-cared-for home very close to the beach. It provided everything I needed for an enjoyable two-month stay near family. It is on a very busy road, however, and the traffic noise, especially on weekends, was a bit unpleasant for me.

Pleasant beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time. This was our third stay, and it was clean with easy beach access and the pool is a plus. It’s in a great location to restaurants and the park.

August beach vacation

Property is at a nice location, has a nice pool and ocean view. Restaurants are nearby and a walking trail is located in close proximity to the property. Enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!!

Carolina Beach

The house was great. Compared to the pictures, the location of the house is actually closer to the beach than it appears. No beach cart is needed. The house is equipped with everything you need, but bring beach chairs. The pool was a huge bonus. Communication with property management was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Best Place Ever!

This home is GREAT! It’s so close to the beach, you can see it from the side porch! The pool is amazing and was the perfect for our family when our little boy wanted to swim instead of go to the beach. It was so relaxing! It’s so hard to find a home with a private pool! The house is VERY clean and cozy. The beds were comfy too! We will definitely be booking again!

Relaxing Vacation

Loved everything! It was clean, comfortable, and private. The proximity to the beach was so close. The private pool was perfect. Loved the balcony of the mornings and nights. We literally walked to mostly all the restaurants. Kure Beach is a very short drive. The Boardwalk is just about a mile away. Much needed time away for our family at this perfect location. In my opinion (because I did read in other reviews), the busy road noise was not bad at all. I have no complaints.

Steps from the Beach, Lovely Deck and Pool

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this property! Listing exactly as described. Enjoyed the partial beach view and breeze from the deck. It is next to a busy road which had some noise, but its close to many things to do. The pool was a definite plus with this size of house also. Management was very responsive and friendly to a minor HVAC issue we had the first night. Would stay again! Our only recommendations would be a dishwasher and an outdoor shower for convenience.

On the beach

This house is just great, we absolutely loved being so close to the beach, there was also a storage room to lock bikes and beach wagon in downstairs that was such a bonus. Only thing wrong with the stay is we didn’t stay longer.

Great stay!

The house was super clean and well equipped. The location was exactly as expected - a minute from the beach! Plus you can see the beach from the porch! We spent a lot of time on the porch! Communication with the property manager was super fast and efficient! They were great! You can hear the street traffic inside so you may want to take a sound machine for sleeping if you aren't used to hearing traffic. I used the bathroom fan which helped a lot!

Great Beach House For Small Groups

This beach house was perfect for our friend vacation! I prefer a pool over the beach so we spent a lot of time hanging out by our private pool. Hard to find many smaller homes with that feature! It was great. We had some issues with the keypad when we arrived. I reached out to management and we had it resolved within 30 minutes. Overall home was clean and kitchen is well stocked with basics for you to be able to cook. Only note: The shower needs a plastic shower curtain; the existing fabric curtain was a little icky. However, would absolutely stay here again; especially since I can bring my fur baby!

This has been our beach house the last 4 years and we absolutely love it! As a single mom it’s perfect for just me, the kids, and dog. Close to the beach, private pool, and walking distance from several things.

Perfect Spot!

We have been looking forward to coming back to Carolina Beach since our trip last May! The house is in a great location right on the NC Ave public access. There is no public parking at the access so it is not as busy as some of the others. The house is on a busy road but we where there before the summer crowd arrived for peak season so the traffic was not too bad. There is a nice sized pool on the property that is great for cooling off in after a long day on the beach. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The living room has a nice sized couch with a large smart TV. The main bedroom has a soft queen sized bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of drawer space. If the Tiki Bar is your spot, it is right around the corner! The Boardwalk was a short walk to pick up a dozen delicious Britts Donuts. Overall, this property is the perfect size for a small family in a superb location. Management was very quick to answer all questions within minutes on the app. We look forward to coming back!!

This is by far out favorite place to rent at CB. The view of the ocean from the porch is so relaxing. Property management is kind, helpful and very professional.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was exactly has listed. The property was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The property offered easy beach access and being close to shops and restaurants. Management for the property communicated well.

Great location, cute house!

The house is cute and in a great location. The dryer stopped working one day, I called and the company was there to fix it in literally a half hour! The breaker was just loose and I was afraid to get electrocuted! Hahahah. The floors needed a scrubbing so I did that myself.I’m a little obsessive with cleaning so that was probably just me, bring me. Lol. Nothing is perfect but this was as close as you can get! The pool was clean and incredible!

Great house for 2

The house is very close to the beach and within a short walk to several restaurants. We were there during a tropical storm that lasted 2 days. If there had been another couple with us, it would be very close quarters with the severe weather. Our dogs were also welcomed and enjoyed the various neighborhoods and walking path nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with mostly new appliances, cookware and utensils and a washer and dryer on the ground level. The pool was a great size and had sun most of the day with some shady areas throughout the day. The queen bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were a nice quality. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year.

Perfect house for small family!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kiddos! Pool is a must with kids and still a walk from the beach..house is small and cozy but everything we needed. Pool has 4 nice lounge chairs, 2 small side tables and a small glass patio table. Home has a broom and dust pan that was helpful to sweep up kids messes and sand but a small vacuum would also be helpful! Very short drive to the boardwalk and shops/restaurants. We walked to granny's kitchen across the street which was so convenient! The house is right off one of the main beach roads..labor day weekend was very busy but after that it wasn't bad and honestly it was entertainment sitting out on the deck. We look forward to staying here again next summer! Carolina Beach might be our new beach vaca spot!
