Home Away From Home
Pacific Place is a home-away-from-home house with a variety of amenities. It has a full kitchen ready for great meal prep on granite countertops. Coffee for one or a whole pot? Both are available. The two-car garage opens into the kitchen area for your convenience. The nook provides an intimate gathering area while the outlet/charging side table creates an excellent office space. The dining table seats six but expands to accommodate friends and family in the area. There are several games and puzzles in the hall closet. A comfortable living room has a new gas fireplace to enjoy during colder months and a picture window with a lovely view of the western sky. The king and queen bedrooms have Aireloom mattresses for ultimate luxury plus mounted televisions. Ceiling fans are in all of the bedrooms. The laundry closet has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large deck with table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet, complete with a nearby walking trail and playground for children. This centrally located property has easy access to the interstate and major streets in Omaha. A 10-15 minute drive brings you to dining, entertainment, parks and most major Omaha attractions.

We are mid-westerners at heart, having lived in a small farming community nearby and recently moving outside of Omaha. We've always enjoyed welcoming guests into our home, spending time eating, visiting and playing games. We enjoy traveling when time is available, especially to see our children and grandchildren.
Why they chose this property
Pacific Place is a centrally located home in a friendly neighborhood. Many Omaha attractions are within a 15 minute drive, such as shopping, dining, Top Golf, Henry Doorly Zoo, Orpheum Theatre, to name a few. The Papio walking trail is at the bottom of the hill along with a park for children.
