Newly built, the house offers 106sqm living space and terrace and garden. The equipment is extremely comfortable for up to 4 people. Guests with a dog are welcome.

Of course, flat-screen TV, music system are available and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. Make yourself comfortable on the comfortable couch or in the reading chair. The kitchenette spoils with everything needed to prepare the holiday meals? Dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster u. S. W. A bright shower room with sauna is also available on the ground floor of the house. Three separate bedrooms are upstairs, accessed via a wooden staircase. 1x with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and 2x each with a single bed. Very generous is the chic full bath upstairs with bathtub, shower, toilet and daylight. Guests with dog (5?/ Day) are in the house?Red Milan? welcome. Bread delivery service possible.
