Neben einer Erstausstattung mit Kaffeepads finden sich im Kühlschrank der modernen Designküche 2 Flaschen "Tannenzäple" der Brauerei Rothaus, eine Flasche Mineralwasser "Légère" von Bad Dürrheimer und eine Packung Milch der Firma Schwarzwaldmilch.
Das 50 m² große Design - Apartment im 1. Obergeschoss besticht durch eine liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung mit teilweise Holz – bzw. Steinvertäfelten Wänden, Baumstümpfen als Nachttische und einer eigens für den Hochschwarzwald entworfenen Möbellinie. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt hier in der Verwendung von Naturmaterialien, die das „Heimatgefühl“ einer typischen Hochschwarzwald Ferienwohnung aufkommen lassen.
