Canal Front Condo "Shore Thang"

Welcome to "Shore Thang", located on the Mexico Beach canal and across the street from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers canal front views and is also just a short walk to the beach. Shore Thang offers everything you need for a great vacation in Mexico Beach. As you enter this wonderfully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, you'll know you are about to have the best vacation of your life. The open floor plan including the kitchen, living room, and dining area is perfect for hosting small get together's with friends or family. If you like to prepare your own meals while on vacation, the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. Each bedroom comes with a TV. The Master bedroom hosts a king bed a connecting bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a twin daybed and a private bathroom. Come stay with us! All you need is a bathing suit and your sunscreen! Shore Thang is located in the West-end Harbor Complex. Covered parking and a community pool.

Please note that this unit does NOT come with a boat slip. The City of Mexico Beach does offer boat slip rentals if you plan on bringing a boat.

Shore Thang is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
