House Rules & Guidelines

▶ Windows & AC Use:
To help prevent insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed — especially while the AC is running. Leaving them open may result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend keeping the AC between 72–83°F.

▶ Cleaning Service:
This is a privately owned home and does not include daily housekeeping. The cleaning fee covers a standard final cleaning after your departure.

▶ Guest Policy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome small pets! A non-refundable fee of $125 per pet will apply and should be confirmed during booking. If not indicated, we’ll request the payment manually before your stay.

▶ No Parties or Loud Music:
Parties are not allowed. Loud music or disruptive noise after 9:00 PM may result in immediate removal without a refund for the remaining nights.

▶ No Smoking:
Smoking of any kind inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to early termination of your stay without refund.

▶ Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee after 11 AM.

▶ Included Essentials:
At check-in, you’ll find fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. We do not replenish these items during your stay, so we recommend planning ahead if you’ll need more.

▶ Furniture Policy:
Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Doing so may result in a $250 penalty.

▶ Toilets & Plumbing:
Only toilet paper should be flushed. Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, feminine products, or other items — use the bins provided. Damage from improper disposal may result in repair charges.
