Peaceful room with private access conveniently located between downtown Grants Pass and Applegate Valley (wine country). Ten Minutes to/from Asante, downtown GP, and about 15 minutes to/from the first winery in Applegate Valley. Secure off-street RV parking, and car parking. Self-check in for the entire one-bedroom space: one queen bed with a private bathroom. Internet, TV, minutes to the Rogue and Applegate Rivers. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, private outdoor patio with view of downtown Grants Pass. Pets are not allowed. Smoking outside in private outside seating area is allowed.

Hi, I am renting out this space that is completely separate from the main living quarters. It is beautiful. The pictures are nice, but you'll have to come to really enjoy this space.
Why they chose this property
You're going to love the location. Without being in the midst of downtown or too far away in wine country, it is going to be easy to enjoy your visit to the Rogue Valley in this location. There is a freezer/frig, coffee maker, and all the things you'll need to have fun:)
