Looks exactly like the photos! Is less than 5min from bayside beaches and Nickerson State Park. We stayed during the heat wave and the bedroom stays quite warm while the living room with a pull out mattress is freezing when the ac is on. Overall lovely experience would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and it was a perfect fit for 2 adults + our toddler. And Jennat was easy to reach and attentive to any of our questions. Would definitely stay there again in the future!!
This is an ideal spot for a couple looking to travel around both the inner and outer Cape. Walkable to breakfast spots and the beach. It looks exactly like in the photos, and the owner is very responsive.
We were looking for something central as we visited with family in Brewster for a long weekend. This location was perfect: walking distance from Nickerson State Park (to walk or roller blade), 5 minutes from Shaws, 5 minutes from the Brewster General Store (great donuts, ice cream and candy) 15 minutes from Nauset beach (great beach with nice sand and great waves). The cottage is cozy, clean and very functional. Would definitely stay again!
Cottage was wonderfully cute, clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. Fully stocked. Great location, close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Easy biking area. We brought a mattress pad for the pull out couch which made it more comfortable. Had extra thin blanket but would probably bring my own. Plenty of linens. One window AC unit which kept it cool. Patio faces the parking lot but area was very quiet overall so didnt bother us. Genuinely nice experience, host was great and would stay again.
Updated, cozy cottage with attractive, summery feel. Impeccably clean. Looks just like the photos. A bit tight for three adults, but manageable for a few nights. (Perfect for two.) Bed in main BR was very comfortable. Shower was great—plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Window a/c was a bit loud (if you’re accustomed to central air). Overall, very well equipped. Could use an extra lamp for reading in bed….as well as a few hangers (no closet but lots of hooks). Super close to the rail trail for walking, running and biking; we enjoyed walking into Brewster for morning coffee. Central location for reaching various beaches and towns on outer Cape. Strongly recommend, we’d stay here again!

Questionable value?
Lots of color-coordinated charm that we enjoyed, but overall I was disappointed with the cabin, given the high rental cost. The cleaning fee was excessive for such a small space; same for the Vrbo fees for on-line services.
There was too much clutter - it was hard to find a space to put something down. The pull-out couch bed and bedding were really uncomfortable. It really is not a two bed rental.
