Why they chose this property
My property is conveniently located in South Cape Coral near the Downtown Cape Coral luxuries, including Cape Coral Yacht Club and many restaurants. I am an animal lover and do allow animals of all types and sizes to stay in my rental. Due to many discourteous guests, pet fees and extra charges do occur if pets damage property. A Large dog kennel is provided for pets with separation anxieties. Gates are also available upon requests. Barking does not trouble me as my toddler might be heard crying from side of duplex.
What makes this property unique
Due to my background in Real Estate and Physical Therapy, reasonable accommodations are available such as shower chairs, assistive devices and tours.
