Conveniently located just one block from downtown Cape Coral, this 2 bed/2bathroom side of a duplex is welcoming to those looking to be close to amenities while having the luxury of letting your dog and child play in the backyard.

Within walking distance of Cuban Coffee, groceries, Four Freedoms Park near Bikini Bay and even Rusty’s Raw Bar& Grill. Take a 5 minute drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club where you can swim at the community pool (entrance fee), playground and swimming area Caloosahatchee River. Sofa beds include full size and 2 twin size sofa beds in living room. Unlike condos, you can avoid having to carry those heavy suitcases and bags of groceries up any stairs.

In addition, I am a REALTOR with ERA Cape Realty with a specialty in Multi-Family Homes.

Why they chose this property

My property is conveniently located in South Cape Coral near the Downtown Cape Coral luxuries, including Cape Coral Yacht Club and many restaurants. I am an animal lover and do allow animals of all types and sizes to stay in my rental. Due to many discourteous guests, pet fees and extra charges do occur if pets damage property. A Large dog kennel is provided for pets with separation anxieties. Gates are also available upon requests. Barking does not trouble me as my toddler might be heard crying from side of duplex.

What makes this property unique

Due to my background in Real Estate and Physical Therapy, reasonable accommodations are available such as shower chairs, assistive devices and tours. If you are interested in buying in Cape Coral or in the Lee County area, please feel free to request a showing tour or available houses. I would love to show you the area and why I have fallen in love with Cape Coral.
