Little upset
Main issues was the water. The bathroom shower knobs do not work as should and water pressure is awful. If you happen to start any other water source while in the shower. So if you need to wash cloths or dishes while in the shower forget about it. Another issue was the dead roaches and spiders all over the floor. Seemed as if the place was spot cleaned not professionally cleaned. The master bedroom is barely big enough to hold your luggage unless you remove from bags and place in dirty closet or dresser that had clothes in it already. The game room was a big hit for the kids as they did enjoy that. Overall it is better than staying in hotel for the room but the overall cleanliness was awful. We shouldnt have to spot clean behind a cleaning crew.

Coffee pot issues
Clean and fresh, everything met our needs. Coffee bar was stocked well. But those coffee pots were a disaster. K-cup maker wasn't working properly. Spit water out . Not enough water when large cup was selected. 5 cup brewing pot was just to small needed a 12 cup maker.

Family Vacation
Our family, including two small children, stayed over a long Memorial day weekend here. It was clean and had all the amenities you could need for a family with kids. They were thrilled with the bunk beds and the arcade games were a huge hit (for both the little and big “kids”).

Great location between Huntsville and Birmingham.
Great house for the price! 70 inch big screen tv was awesome for NCAA tournament. We stayed to be equal distance as we golfed in Huntsville and Birmingham. The Goat Island Brewery was close by and great beer! Appliances were new. Would definitely stay here again!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Creaky Floors and Happy Guests
Will list some disadvantages then advantages: The shower needs a little more work. Low water pressure, glass doors don’t stay closed, and hard to control. Doors and floors creaked. Rugs were a little dirtier than what we’re used to. However, everything else… location, owner, the hospitality overall with the snacks and game room… absolutely perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed our first time and hope it’s available again in the future.

House was clean and well equipped with essentials. Ramp for handicapped.
House was handicapped accessible except we could not get wheelchair to shower. Plenty of space for 5 of us and 2 small dogs. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!!

AMAZING QUANT HOUSE!!
This property was perfect for me and my family! As soon as we walked in we could tell the the owner put extra thought into the entire experience! The house smelled of fresh warm scents and as we entered the kitchen we were totally impressed with the little snack rack! The location is wonderful! With an amazing park that even the teenagers enjoyed was within walking distance and a huge dog park 4 minutes away, everyone experienced a great time. (Even the dog!) The owner was extremely responsive to any of our communications! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing place to spend our Holidays!
