Perfect for our needs
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was cozy and well equipped. It also had a fenced yard which was perfect as we brought our dog. An easy walk downtown or to Jacob’s island dog park. Some people may find the area a bit sketchy because of the empty spaces near the railway tracks but I found it peaceful even walking late ant night and the neighbours were friendly. The owner kindly let us stay an extra couple days when road conditions were poor and that was much appreciated.

Cute and a little funky
This place is great if you want an economical stay that's walkable to downtown and you don't mind a few things that are a little funky. The neighborhood is overall quiet and charming with a little coffee shop that just opened up right behind the apartment. Be aware that the trains are indeed loud! Especially in the middle of the night. When the cars connect, it creates a loud boom that may wake you up if you're a light sleeper, even with earplugs and a white noise maker. The place is overall clean and well stocked. Lots of little amenities, such as candles and a decent little pantry stocked up from previous guests. Be aware that we did encounter a fair amount of pet hair, which could be an issue for you if you're allergic. Oh -- also be aware that the bed is fairly soft in case you have a bad back. And the filters on the AC units maybe need to be cleaned? We definitely experienced more than our fair share of allergies and weren't sure why. The manager, Molly is fairly responsive and happy to take care of any kind of issues. (Note: Follow the directions and leave the spare key in its holder on the door so you don't get locked out!) We had some trouble getting the remote to work for the TV and she was more than happy to help us out. Overall, the place is cute and more than adequate, especially if you're going to be out and about enjoying all that Missoula has to offer.

Between Xmas and New Year's
Very comfortable lodging, with all we needed for our stay. Lots of places to store things, lots of hooks, a full kitchen, a wonderfully responsive furnace for winter stays, and a nice location near downtown. The only negative we found was a weak wi-fi connection. But, highly recommend.

Great stay, perfect for our group and pup
This was a great place to stay with our doggo when we were in Missoula. It's conveniently located, and allowed our fairly nervous dog a comfortable place to go on vacation with us. It was also clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

So close to everything!
For a garage apartment, it is nicely done! It was quite hot during our stay, but the window A/C units did well, albeit very noisy. We were very comfortable, as was our furry family member. The apartment is very close to a train yard, but we enjoyed the sounds early in the morning! I will add that the apartment is located in a transitional neighborhood, with recreational drug sales right around the corner. Everyone has a different comfort level, but it felt like information worth sharing.

Liked the space a lot; very comfortable & convenient to town. Did not expect noise pollution from air conditioners, train traffic & late night dragsters on Orange St. Understand hosts cannot control this. Thanks for our stay!
