Do not book this property!

I planned my 40th birthday party with 9 friends from all over the country. Everyone flew in on a Thursday and I had booked this property. At noon the day we were set to check in, this property cancelled on me. We were left to figure out a place to stay for the rest of the weekend. This ended up costing me a lot of extra stress and $$. I would not take the risk of booking this property.

Worst experience of my life...I highly recommend NEVER booking with this owner and RUN from VRBO!

I reserved this house for 6 women for a nice, relaxing weekend. We weren't planning on doing the typical Vegas experience. We were going to relax by the pool, have coffee every morning, play cards, etc. I was notified the morning of our 7 hour road trip that this place wasn't going to be available. I was on the phone with VRBO for 5+ hours on the way to Vegas. Not a great way to spend the first day of our girls trip. We ultimately end-up at a hotel in separate rooms which was 100% what we were AVOIDING in the first place. Neither the host nor VRBO was helpful in trying to find a comparable place to stay for the weekend. Everything was booked or was 1000X regular price because it was last minute and it was VEGAS. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be nice birthday celebration for my 70yr old mother.

Henderson Stay

Overall this was a hassle-free VRBO experience, which is becoming increasingly rare. I think we were the first to stay since the listing opened. The floors were a little dusty, which we could see on the kiddos feet. Everything else was fully equipped, and they even had extra toiletries delivered (although we didn’t get a heads up, so we didn’t notice until we were about to leave town, still a nice gesture though)! There was plenty of room for my family. Close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Overall a great experience.
