About this property

The holiday home "Am Markt" is located in the heart of the old town of Zell at the famous "Zeller Schwarze Katz Brunnen", opposite the town hall and has three holiday apartments. All apartments are newly renovated and newly furnished and will be able to welcome holiday guests for the first time this year.

Apartment No. 2 is approx. 80 m² in size and consists of a light-flooded living-dining area with a high quality fully equipped kitchen and exit to the approx. 20 m² balcony with a breathtaking view of the Moselle. The master bedroom has a queen size box spring bed. Optionally, guests have a 2. Bedroom with 2 single beds available. The modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower completes the offer.
Bicycles can be parked in the basement.
There are free parking spaces approx. 250 m away

Wunderschön!

Es war einfach toll! Vom großen Balkon aus direkter Blick auf die Mosel. Frachter und Kreuzfahrer schippern vorbei, der Blick zum anderen Ufer hin auf Weinberge. Eine tolle Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter, ein super Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Plätzchen mit tollem Ausblick

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Der Ausblick auf die Mosel ein Traum. Es ist sehr geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit großen Kindern. Leider gibt es vor Ort sehr wenige Aktivitäten mit Kleinkindern. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns eine schöne Zeit gemacht!

Fantastischer Blick

Der direkte Blick von der Wohnung und vom Balkon auf die Mosel war sehr schön. Ständig gab es etwas zu beobachten. Insgesamt kann man von Zell aus viele Ausflüge als Wanderungen, vor allem aber mit dem Rad und natürlich auch per Auto unternehmen. Ein idealer Standort, an den man abends sehr gern zurückkehrt. Danke für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Super Wohnung

Ein super Urlaub an der Mosel liegt hinter uns, das herrliche Quartier hatte ganz erheblichen Anteil daran. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir fahren jedenfalls noch mal dort hin.

Wandern in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Wohnzimmer- und Balkonblick auf die Mosel. Direkt im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man in direktem Umkreis. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Kommunikation war jederzeit ohne Probleme möglich. Kostenloser Dauerparkplatz ca. 150 m abseits. Für unseren Zweck einer Wanderwoche war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthaltsort. Ausdrückliche Empfehlung.

Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Das Appartment war wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und aufgrund der Lage direkt an der Moselpromenade hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick sowohl vom geräumigen Balkon, als auch vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Gegend - Tolle Unterkunft - Tolle Gastgeber

Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung und vom riesigen Balkon ist fenomenal. Trotzdem wir kurz nach dem Hochwasser dort waren, war die Wohnung tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum des kleinen Ortes Zell gelegen. Es gibt eine gute Bäckerei und eine sehr gute Metzgerei zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. 3 Daumen Hoch

Tolle Wohnung mit Moselblick

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und großem Balkon mit Blick auf die Mosel, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sie liegt in belebter Lage von Zell, in der Umgebung sind viele schöne kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Räder hatten Platz im Fahrradkeller und waren sicher untergebracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben die Urlaubswoche dort rundherum genossen!

Wunderschöne Lage

Sehr schöne neu renovierte Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung. Von der Küche/Wohnzimmer hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Mosel. So kann man schon beim Frühstück den Blick schweifen lassen. Schlafzimmer und Bad liegen nach hinten raus, was einen erholsamen Schlaf garantiert. Wer gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster schläft sollte die Ohrstöpsel allerdings nicht vergessen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral und es ist vorne wie hinten raus natürlich sehr lebhaft. Es gibt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt viele kleine Geschäfte für Bekleidung, Wein und div. Zum Bäcker ist es etwas weiter. Und im GLOBUS Einkaufsmarkt gibt es nichts was es nicht gibt ( knapp 10 Autominuten entfernt ). Die Familie Maghsomi ist sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und telefonisch immer zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Direkt von Zell aus kann man auch mehrere Wanderungen in Angriff nehmen und eine Moselfahrt ist ebenso ratsam ( allerdings fand ich die Fahrt stromaufwärts sehr lohnenswert, stromabwärts eher nicht ).

Sehr schöne Wohnung aber sehr lebhaftes Umfeld

Die Wohnung ist super, komplett ausgestattet und ein traumhafter Blick auf die Mosel. Nebenan ist jedoch eine Weintheke in der es bis ca. 23.00 Uhr laut hergeht. Die Fußgängerzone ist auch in der Nacht sehr hellhörig und am Wochenende sehr laut. Wer es mag, für den ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.
