Soft beachy colors, comfortable furnishings and tasteful Island decor will make your time at Dawn 211 relaxing. Tile floor throughout, granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances. The patio overlooks the Gulf and allows access to the front lawn and green space. The Dawn offers two lushly landscaped pools, picnic and BBQ areas, and a fitness center. This property is really a one-stop stay!!! The description and pictures do NOT do it justice. The Host has ALL the immenities you need for your trip! Chairs, games, toys, beach towels, boogie boards and more! The over all decor and aesthetics are superior! They definitely took time and money to make this condo feel and look high-end! Will DEFINITELY book here again!!!

Island Hospitality!

Loved our stay! Condo was perfect & felt brand new! Sparkling clean, comfy king beds, plenty of luxurious linens & fluffy towels. Were on island for IronMan & it was the perfect respite—ample room & enjoyable amenities. Communication was flawless. Owners certainly know how to host! Thank you!!

Nice place across from the beach

Our family had a great time staying at this property. It is at an ideal location if you plan to maximize time at the beach. Good amenities in the community.
