Awesome location right in the hub of St. Simons - 5 min. to beach or village! Updated, clean, all on one level , open concept, easy access to pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. Fenced in back yard with spa and large salt water pool. Pool can be heated in cooler seasons for a gas fee. Call in advance of 24 hr to have pool heated. Fee is $350. Kid friendly FUN house! Can sleep up to 12. GUARANTEED not to be disappointed in this great vacation home! The prime location of this tabby cottage is perfect for a family gathering or a getaway group that is so close to everything you don't need a car! Best restuarants on the island are walkable! On a private, oak lined street with no traffic - yet right in the hub of St. Simons.
The pool is large enough to swim laps and play games and all enclosed in a private setting with beautiful jasmine greenery covering the tall privacy fence enclosing the back and side yards. Grandparents and children can enjoy the "all on one level" easy flow of this cottage to the pool and decks, enhanced with sound proof bed rooms for early-to-bed guest and early-to-rise guest. Every room in this charming cottage features original watercolors and paintings, unique accents and fun surprises. The jacuzzi by the pool heats up in just 30 min. Large screen smart tv's and wifi in every bedroom and the living room. Lots of movies and games. You must see beyond the tabby and brick courtyard to appreciate this special vacation home.

Perfect Beach House
We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week at this well-appointed and cozy beach house. The distance to 5th Street beach was very short, perfect to use the included golf cart. Plenty of beach chairs provided, plus an umbrella. The pool and spa in the backyard were perfect for lazy afternoons and night swims. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. Darlene was so sweet and was quick to answer all of our questions. We brought our two doodles and the house was plenty large for the four of us and our pups.

Fabulous Stay on St. Simons
We booked a girlfriend getaway for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay here. The location is super close to downtown, the pier, and lighthouse, and the nearest beach is about half a mile. We could not have asked for a more perfect home for our needs. It was very comfortable, well-stocked, and we had plenty of room for our group of 7.We highly recommend.

Great place on St Simmons Island. The house was very cozy yet still roomy. House was larger than we expected and had a nice layout. The pool was a life saver with the kids. We loved all the details in the decorations-each room has a different theme. We really enjoyed it!

Peach at the beach
We loved the location, amenities, and layout of the home. Cookware and appliances were excellent and beds were comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful. TVs in each room made sure that everyone could have downtime as needed. Thanks for the great stay

St.Simon's Gem!
My family and I stayed at this wonderful island gem over the week Hurricane Milton hit Florida! Thankfully we just had minimal rain and minor wind gusts one night. This home was perfect for our family ranging in ages 9 to 73! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the screened porch! We had ample room and the decor was so charming and tastefully beachy! I am not exaggerating when I say 'you could eat off the floors!" This place was very clean and welcoming! Great location too! Would love to stay here again! Julie C

This house is perfectly located! We were so close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in town. Darlene was incredibly responsive and and was so helpful when we asked questions about things to do and places to go. We loved our family vacation, and this was the perfect house for us! Perfect location and the perfect house
We normally stay in resorts, but this house changes things, at least for St Simons. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. Perfect location, close to shops and the beach. The private pool was the best. House has a great layout to accommodate any family. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Cozy Home
This is a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our family loved this cozy little house and hated to leave. Beds were very comfortable and the little nooks to relax in are endless. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and the short walks to the beach. And our host Darlene was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this home in beautiful Saint Simons. Will definitely stay again.

This place was one of a kind! It is decorated so cute and very spacious. We loved spending our time in the pool and hot tub. The beach is so close and it’s not too far to walk into town. Darlene is the BEST host! She even brought a new toaster when ours wasn’t working along with fresh baked brownies! It was our first time in St. Simons and we are hoping to make it back to this property again because the house and host were so lovely! You won’t regret booking here!

This home is absolutely lovely with enough room to have a large family reunion in! My husband and I were thrilled to be close to so many restaurants, shopping and the beach!! Our host, Darlene, was also very easy to reach and treated us like family!! This home is very clean, cozy, extremely comfortable, close to everything, and delightfully charming!! We will be back!!

Amazing House!
My wife and I recently stayed one week at this truly amazing house. First, the location was incredible. We could walk to the beach, town, and park. However, with a golf cart provided, who needs to walk? The house itself was so comfortable and all on one floor making it perfect for elderly adults and children. In the backyard we found a large pool with attached whirlpool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and towels for the whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a wonderful meal after a long day playing in St. Simons Island. We look forward to staying in this wonderful house the next time we travel to St. Simons. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem
We found this booking as a last minute rental when the hotel booked our stay incorrectly. We were so happy with the result! I believe things happen for a reason and this was a blessing in disguise! The kids loved it... they could run around and play versus being in a tiny hotel room. The host has toys, books, and games that the kids loved! The adults and kids approved of the pool and the quiet street! We will definitely being booking this hidden gem again when we come back to St. Simons!

Labor day weekend
We decided on Friday to take a quick weekend getaway for the labor day weekend. To our surprise we were able to rent this property for Saturday through Monday. Checkin was 4 but I texted asking if we could get in early and yes we were able to get in the house at 2:30. The house is very comfortable and so beachy. We absolutely loved it. We spent the entire day in the.pool on Sunday. I will definitely be coming back and soon! I hate to gush to much because I want it to be available the next time we want to go back to st. Simon's...lol you won't regret renting this hidden gem!

If only I had known…
I had to make two calls to the host! The first to inquire where to order the linens as they were the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on (organic bamboo - who knew)?! The second to make arrangements to come back next year! Our family has always vacationed on the Gulf, but my mother insisted we make a short trip to St. Simons en route. I had no idea how great this island was for both children and adults alike! The vacation house and Darlene were AWESOME! Super clean, all on one level (a must for small children and grandparents). Everyone loved the fun, beachy vibe this property gave us. It was well maintained inside and out! The nice, large pool was wonderful, and it was a beautiful neighborhood for walks - only a couple of blocks to the beach and downtown. Everything was perfect - until we left… the children cried and that was even after we extended an extra day! Definitely coming here next year - NOW I KNOW!

The property was in a great location to easily get to all of the local attractions. We enjoyed all of the the amenities including the pool and jacuzzi. Darlene, the owner, was very helpful and a wonderful resource for the island.

Amazing beach house, loved it
We loved this gorgeous place, very cozy and spacious… the screened in front porch welcomed us right in, and the decor is so relaxing, fun, and beachy from top to bottom. Makes you really enjoy the Island feel! It’s a short walk to the beach, which we did multiple times. So close you can even say “oh I left my drink on the counter” and go back from the beach, grab it, and return in no time (which I did.) Not to mention the pool at the house, which we partook of just as much as the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and beautiful. It would sleep a lot more people than I had with me. And the hosts are super nice and helpful, Darlene is literally the best ever. Will be returning!!!!!!

What makes this property unique

On a quiet private street amongst century old oak trees yet right in the hub of St. Simons! The pool is larger than most private homes - you can actually swim and play games in it! Spa heats up in 30 min and the pool can be heated for a gas fee in the colder months. It has an outdoor hot and cold shower for returning trips from the beach. Tall ivy covered privacy fences in the side and back yard give plenty of privacy and safety.
