This 3 BR/3 BA condo is PET FRIENDLY and offers bright, coastal-inspired interiors plus an outdoor balcony to take in all the views. Swell Life sleeps 7 GUESTS and has everything you'll need for a fun-filled beach vacation, including great room, kitchen that looks out to the incredible beach views and plenty of room to relax after a day spent on the beach. Plus, it's just a short walk or golf cart ride to Center Street, the heart of Folly Beach's shopping and dining district. Start your day with coffee and sunrise views from the outdoor balcony which steps out from french doors in both the main living area and the primary suite. There's nothing quite like waking up to ocean views and the sound of the waves in the primary suite, appointed with a KING BED and with an ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. You'll find two additional guest rooms, one with KING BED and private, ensuite bath and the other furnished with a TWIN day bed with a trundle, that adds an additional TWIN BED, and with direct access to the hall bath. Additionally, you'll find a washer/dryer located in the hallway. With an elevator that delivers you to this second floor unit, you will appreciate the ease of all-on-one-level living.
You'll enjoy the access to the pool (open from April - October) located on the grounds of Pavilion Watch as well as parking passes provided for two vehicles. Swell Life is the perfect spot to spend carefree days at the beach and its prime location on Folly Beach means you're just blocks from the hub of Folly's great shopping and dining. You can bike or take a golf cart ride to downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, or Rita's, Bert's Market and the iconic Folly Beach Pier.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
Minimum rental age is 25.
