The backyard is fenced and very spacious. High speed WIFI and smart TVs included. Close to the light rail station and all the Denver fun you can handle.
This is the upper of a 2 unit property. Each unit has it's own private, separate entrance. The only shared space is public street parking. There will be a tenant in the unit below you. Enjoy your stay!
