This remodeled 3 bedroom in Denver is perfect for family and friends visiting It features a modern space with 2 dining areas, 3 king beds, a sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress, and fully equipped kitchen. The backyard is fenced and very spacious. High speed WIFI and smart TVs included. Close to the light rail station and all the Denver fun you can handle.

This is the upper of a 2 unit property. Each unit has it's own private, separate entrance. The only shared space is public street parking. There will be a tenant in the unit below you. Enjoy your stay!

Just ok
Enjoyed our stay but would not stay there again. We had small children and backyard had some issues. Poison hemlock near the back fence and exposed pipe next to sidewalk that was jagged. A play set of some kind would have been great. Also would have liked to have better pillows and towels, very old and worn out. Needed more seating in the living room and tv service was hard to deal with. Host was quick to reply and helpful when we lost the key.
