Not a good experience

For starters, this property is managed by a a third party, and it made the stay a bit more frustrating. Communicating through text only (vs the app), a random 10-digit keypad number and cumbersome front door lock make it difficult entering. There was no internet upon arrival, so I called the service number provided. After failed attempts to reset the modem and confirm the password provided, I was told IT would follow up on a ticket placed. There was no follow up, and I had to keep leaving to property to work. Old soap bars from previous guests were left in the shower, which was pretty gross. Roosters crow non-stop across the street starting around 6:30am and the noise is very overwhelming.. The neighborhood doesn’t feel particularly safe, as a single female traveler. The bathroom fan was very dusty and made a horrible noise when turned on - but there was no way to turn it off and leave the light on. Overall, was a very disappointing visit. I would highly recommend potentially using a different management group.
