Worst experience of my life.
Do not! I repeat! Do not stay here! Or with any property this company owns. Make sure you do your research because this company owns a lot of homes and they hire management companies and they are careless about the customers! I walked into this house with my 1 year old and 3 year old thinking this will be the best July 4th weekend. We walk into a house full of flies, spiders and bugs! I took pictures and videos and i couldn’t obviously stay no one in their right mind would keep their family under these conditions. Since vrbo is just a posting website and they don’t have any control over the money they couldn’t do anything for me either and the property manager was not helpful he would not answer us when we tried calling him hour after hour. He didn’t respond until the next day at 11 am saying oh I’ll come take care of it and he didn’t take care of it until 8 pm the next day! Me and my family had to drive around from 1 am to 5 am until we were able to find a place to stay at for the time being. The property manager wanted to just “spray” the house the next morning even tho he didn’t come out but spraying the house has chemicals and he was careless about me and my family what so ever and on top of that I had to fight my way and ruin my entire trip trying to call the owner going back and forth until I was about to get a partial refund! Imagine that all they wanted to give up was a partial refund! Why! Because these ppl are just money hungry they do not care about you! Be aware!
