Experience Denver like a local in our spacious 4-bedroom retreat! With 2 family rooms, an inviting kitchen, cozy reading nook, and landscaped yard with games & seating, our home hosts 10 comfortably. Ideal for families or digital nomads, recharge and spend quality time together in this well-appointed home. Just minutes from main highways, you'll have easy access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Golden.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

MAIN FLOOR
Upon arriving you’ll be greeted by the lush outdoor landscaping in the front that is both beautiful and private. Walking in the front door is a warm and welcoming family room that leads into the open kitchen and breakfast nook then through to an open sunroom, dining room and reading nook. The layout is open, warm, with plenty of natural light - perfect for hosting!

Off the front family room is a full bath with newly finished tiling and a walk in shower then 2 spacious bedrooms both set up with king beds. Beautiful and bright with Bohemian decor and natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING
Into the kitchen you’ll find an open concept with updated appliances and a breakfast nook for socializing. There is an outlet in the breakfast nook as a set-up for a productive workday while still socializing between meetings as it is centrally located. The new oven and range complete with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets and everything in between paves the way for you to cook in an organized, uncluttered environment preparing your favorite meals. Use our fridge water dispenser for cold, filtered water - don’t forget to stay hydrated at altitude.

Through the kitchen is the reading nook and sunroom with a massive dining table to fit 12. The reading nook has a selection of books that we personally love and hope you will too. In the winter or cold summer nights, help yourself to the fireplace in the reading nook to promote relaxation and warmth.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Off of the sunroom, through a sliding glass door you’ll find a propane BBQ set up, outdoor seating around a propane fire pit as well as an outdoor picnic table with an umbrella. At night, it’s quiet and well lit with string lights. Make memories, laugh and be together in a welcoming outdoor space for those perfect Denver nights. The outdoor landscaping has been carefully curated to create a true oasis outside the city.

DOWNSTAIRS
Off the kitchen you’ll go downstairs to the 2nd family room and game room. Challenge your housemates to an exciting game of foosball, play an evening board game at the beautiful glass card table or just lounge around on the couch for an amazing movie night on our 75” 4K TV.

In the downstairs family room, you’ll find the full laundry room with plenty of space to organize your clothing and iron for a big night out. Moving past the TV you’ll find 2 well-appointed bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds so everyone has their own bed at night. Next to these bedrooms is our 2nd bath with a glass shower door complete with well-stocked shampoo, conditioner and soap.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
