Why they chose this property
I love the feel of Seagrove Beach & its history. It's close enough to the modern 30A communities while keeping the "old school" feel of historic 30A, the parks, the lakes, the natural landscaping, the wildlife, & the accessible sandy white beaches.
What makes this property unique
It's quite large (nearly 2000 square foot) for a 2 BR/2.5 BA condo, with a massive open-concept upstairs with living area, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath, balconies, & plenty of storage (not to mention the ceiling to floor windows & the views of Eastern Lake, Gulf of Mexico, & lights of Old Florida Fish House). The downstairs houses the master (king) & spare (queen) bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry area, & foyer with daybed & trundle. Then, when you walk outside, you are just steps from Buddy's Seafood, Beachy Bean Coffee, Old Florida Fish House, & many other amenities.
