Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in this beautiful apartment with a spacious corner balcony. On the first floor of the small holiday complex "Residenz am Kurhaus" this holiday home invites you to stay in any season: on dreary days you can enjoy the in-house wellness area with indoor pool, sauna and solarium. There are comfortable loungers in the swimming pool for reading and relaxing. In the warm season, the nearby beach with its pier attracts sun-hungry guests. The distances are short: you can plunge into the sea floods just 100 meters away, the salt lagoon is even closer. Shopping, restaurant or café visits can be done comfortably on foot. The car can be safely left on the assigned parking space in the underground garage. A WiFi connection can be used free of charge in the house. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available to guests.
Living and cooking
The spacious two-room apartment impresses with its bright and spacious living area. Here there is a cozy seating area with a sleeping function as well as an integrated fitted kitchen and a dining table. You can access the surrounding spacious and covered corner balcony in south-west position with wind protection from the living room through two exits. You can put your feet up in comfortable balcony furniture and enjoy either the rising sun or the afternoon sun until sunset. A box seat with a varied view is guaranteed (a look into the swimming pool could awaken your sporting spirit ...). The central location of the apartment allows you to do your shopping in a short time. Restaurants, cafes and many small shops are within easy walking distance. You can safely leave your car in the underground car park (maximum entry height: 2.00 meters).

You can get fresh rolls directly from the bakery in the facility. Or you can spoil yourself with a full breakfast and then enjoy a cosmetic treatment in the in-house salon.

The swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The sauna can be used on Tuesdays (4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. women only, 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.), Fridays (4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Clock mixed).
