There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces. This driveway can fit up to 3 cars. You can also use the garage that can fit up to 2 cars.

I enjoyed my Stay

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Plus Vacation Homes in Orlando! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions, including theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore Orlando. The team at Plus Vacation Homes was professional, friendly, and very responsive to any questions we had, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Lilly was outstanding the villa was fantastic

From the first email to the last Lilly was unbelievable we couldn't have asked for more. On the last day the flight was cancelled Lilly kept us updated and everything was sorted within hours. The Villa we stayed in was fantastic clean tidy and modern. The pool temperature dropped and was fixed the same day over the Christmas holiday. We stayed for Christmas and new year the only thing the place was missing was a Christmas tree. The complex was really nice with all the staff we spoke to are friendly. We couldn't have asked for more from this holiday. Would 💯 recommend Lilly and the villa. Thanks Damo and family

This property was listed as a Priemier Host. i have rented property for over 20 years and never been disappointed before. House was not up to my standards- wrong door codes for access and gym, problem with furnishings, pooil heat,. Not equipped for 9 guests.

Loved the pool!

This property was comfortable and met our expectations. There was only my husband and I and our dog, so the house was more than adequate space-wise, and we had no shortage of linen and supplies. We rented it mainly for the pool/spa, which were wonderful and worked great. The pool cage needs some repair, but it was nothing that interfered with our stay. We did have issues with the door code and the internet when we first arrived, but the owners responded and rectified them quickly. Also the code for the community pool area was incorrect. The young man at the gate recognized it from before, so it was probably changed after we received it for security reasons. We didn't plan to spend time there however so we didn't worry about it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. We really liked the neighbourhood and location of the resort, and would definitely consider renting here again.
