Close to Ocean, 4 Bedrooms + Both Clubs!

Charming, four-bedroom (pet friendly) beach cottage located steps from beach access 17 in BHI. Open single story floor plan with bedrooms situated on both sides of home. Great open decks to relax on after a long day at the beach. Great location on South Beach - across from Access 17.

Home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms are located conveniently on both sides of the house for maximum privacy. The Main Bedroom boasts a King Bed and window seat, as well as large French doors leading to the expansive back deck. Next to the Main Bedroom is another large bedroom with a Twin and a Bunk Bed. Situated on the opposite end of the home you will find the two other bedrooms. One has a King Bed and access to the back deck with large French doors. The fourth bedroom is cozy with a Queen Bed.

The main living area is large and open with amazing sunlight coming in through the large French doors that lead to the expansive back deck (Amazing sunsets can be watched nightly here!). The kitchen is open to the living area with counter seating and a large 6-person dining room table. Need to fit more than 6 - no problem! The table is able to expand to fit 10! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items to make wonderful meals and enjoy them with your family and friends!

Those that enjoy the early morning sunrise, will enjoy sitting on the front deck with a cup of coffee. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunrises along with the sounds of the waves from just over the dunes.

There are plenty of games at the house when you need some downtime. There are also plenty of board games, puzzles, books and DVD's in the main living area.

There are two golf carts available (1 six-seater + 1 four-seater). Both golf carts were purchased in 2024. The cabinets under the house have plenty of beach chairs and toys to use at the beach! Additionally, there is a large, private outdoor shower to use after a long day at the beach.

This house comes with BHI Club and Shoals Club membership - please contact clubs directly for pricing and registration.

House rents Friday to Friday during peak season.

Amazing weekend

Me and my son visited for spring break and the home was clean and welcoming. We loved how close the access to the beach was and would love to stay in this home again in the future! The owner was so easy to work with and was so accommodating.

Perfect!!!

This was the most perfect getaway. The house is wonderful and so dog friendly. The owner is extremely awesome to boot. It’s was just the right beach house for my husband, doggo and I to relax and enjoy our favorite place in the world. It will definitely be a great place for more people as well. Tons of awesome games to play if a storm rolls through. Just all around amazing. And let’s not forget to mention how so darn close to the beach access it is!! 100% recommend especially for for dog owners.

Great location & great communication!

This is a sunny house with a great layout and great location. We were a family of four but were imagining that we could have traveled with friends or more family and made the space work well with an expanded group. There were some minor issues but the communication with the owners was prompt, friendly, and helpful at every turn! We hope to stay there again in the future!
