CAPITOLA CONDO with Knockout views! Come enjoy our two bedroom, one bath condo. Its just steps to the beach and Capitola Wharf. Relax on the deck and enjoy the spectacular views looking over Capitola Village, the Capitola Wharf, and the Monterey Bay. Enjoy the 36' flat screen TV with Direct TV in the living room or in any of the bedrooms or watch a movie on the DVD player. The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer, and a new bathroom with a walk in shower. Fully equipped with
WiFi, linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a gas BBQ on the deck. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for use. The second bedroom has a futon that folds into a bed, so the unit can sleep up to 5 comfortably.

Neat place, overlooking the Capitola Wharf and Pacific Ocean. So convenient to downtown Capitola (all walking distance) and a short drive to Santa Cruz and Aptos. A great place for a peaceful getaway.

Great Beach Condo

We had a blast staying at this beach front condo. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect. Can walk to anywhere in Capitola, beach is a few steps away. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our home away from home.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

The view! The location! The top-notch cleanliness! I can't begin to say how perfect this place was for our family of 4 (two littles). We had a balcony view during naps and quick and easy access to the beach. It's obvious that this place is well taken care of by owners who are invested in sharing their lovely space with others.

Great place, we’ll be back!

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, updated, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of 4. You’re right on the beach overlooking the water and the pier, and short walking distance to everything in downtown Capitola. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive.

Beautiful Views!!

We loved our stay and we'll definitely visit again in future. Stylish, clean, organized condo with all the creature comforts. Incredible views, walk to beach, downtown Capitola village. Never got in our car! Thank you to Tim & Stacy, they were very communicative and helpful.

Amazing getaway

What a great getaway, it was too short (just two nights), but that was our schedule so not a dig on the property at all. We could have stayed much longer. All four of us were just in awe as soon as we walked in. Beautiful place with amazing views.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved the place! Such a great size for our family of 4. Plenty of room with the perfect view! Very well kept and fits the coastal vibe nicely. With a just a few steps we were on the beach and a few more had us in the village. But most importantly having a dedicated parking spot! We miss our favorite beach town ever since we moved up north but I'm stoked that we now have an awesome place to stay!

Fabulous property in a great location.

My daughters and I spent a short week at this property for spring break. The property was clean and just as described. The views from the living area and kitchen are fantastic. It is a perfect space for a family of 3 or 4. Located just a quick walk to the beach, food, and shopping was a plus. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute condo, excellent location and view

We came for a 2 nights girls getaway. We had the best time. We took the free shuttle to Shadowbrook and enjoyed the best dinner. We loved walking to the beach and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Will come back again!
