As soon as you enter you’ll see an open kitchen with a large island and 3 barstools. The kitchen is updated with modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is furnished with a large table that comfortably seats 6 guests. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large 55” smart TV.
Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable, plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space. Each room also has a large smart TV. All TVs have ROKU or AMAZON Fire Stick for you to use.
Our backyard is one to dream about! Our resort-style, massive backyard includes a private play pool, oversized cabanas, multiple lounge chairs with large umbrellas for extra shade, patio seating with a canopy, large grassy area for games, outdoor dining area to enjoy a nice meal outside, and a covered patio with couches and a smart TV. The covered patio is surrounded with barstool seating and countertop space. The backyard also includes a gas grill, wooden fire pit, corn hole and solar powered string lights. It is a true Oasis!

We are local and love to host those who visit Phoenix! We are avid travelers ourselves and understand the importance of having a great place to unwind and enjoy while on vacation.
Why they chose this property
This home is in a prime location. Everything you need is within a 15 minute drive (golf courses, shopping, nightlife, hiking, and the best restaurants in AZ). This property is unlike any other. We designed it to be like a resort - large oasis private backyard with a large pool, multiple lounge chairs, cabanas, and a covered patio with an outdoor TV. It is surrounded by large luscious greenery to help keep the space private and serene. There is a large grassy area for children to play - included are games like corn hole and inflatables for the pool. The interior was recently updated with luxury modern finishes and attention to the smallest detail of decor. You'll definitely want to come back again.

Private oasis all to yourselves! Large space for kids to play, adults to relax, or groups to enjoy a great meal outdoors. It is a calm, relaxing atmosphere with an option to cook/grill your favorite meals, go to the nearest 5 star restaurants, or order in!
