Situation idéale !
Appartement parfait pour 2 pers. Idéalement situé, à 30m de la gde plage, on entend le bruit des vagues ! Proche de tous les commerces ! Pas besoin de la voiture !

Bien placé mais défaut
L'appart est bien placé mais comporte beaucoup de défauts : Odeur d'égout incessant dans l'appartement entier. Chasse d'eau à moitié cassé, se bloque en bas une fois sur deux. L'appartement, ses ustensiles et les textiles n'étaient pas propre à notre arrivée. Le lit grince énormément mais bon , ça on peut pas y faire grand chose La pression des lavabo est beaucoup trop forte et le filtre de la salle de bain ne tient pas. Sinon les matelas ont été très confortables.

Petit studio idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la plage et proche du centre. Le studio est fonctionnel et bien agencé et situé dans une rue calme Parfait pour un couple. Seul bémol : problème d'hygiène, sûrement dû aux locataires précédents (vaisselle grasse etc ...)

Propreté à revoir
Bien qu'arrivés à 17h00, comme prévu l'avant veille avec l'agence, il nous a fallu plus d'une heure d'attente sur le trottoir de l'agence avant la remise des clefs. Aussi, si la taille du logement et sa situation géographique étaient conformes à nos attentes, il n'en a pas été de même par l'état de propreté. Outre les poussières présentes dans la salle d'eau, il ne fallait pas regarder le fond des gobelets présents dans cette même pièce. Aussi, la vaisselle était dans un état de propreté déplorable (traces de gras sur les verres et couverts, restes de nourriture séchés sur les poêles et casseroles, ...). Je pense que le fait de rendre la prestation ménage obligatoire, n'invite pas les locataires à nettoyer correctement la partie cuisine qui pourtant leur incombe. Cette obligation devrait passer à une option. De nos nombreuses expériences de ce type de location, c'est la première fois que cette obligation nous était faite mais c'est aussi la première fois que l'état de salissure de la cuisine et de ses ustensiles était aussi déplorable. Je recommanderais donc cette location pour sa situation mais certainement pas pour sa propreté.
