2 bedroom plus office, 2.5 bathroom townhouse w/ 2 car garage. Excellent location near UACA. Train station is within walking distance. Staffed 24/7 guard house in front. Mountain views from the master bedroom. Fiber-optic cable and internet.
Should you need cleaning and lunch prepared, we have a lady that could provide those services for a modest fee.
Two convenience stores within walking distance. Many restaurants & supermarkets nearby.
Great location to access downtown San Jose and visit volcano Irazu & other attractions.

The second bedroom has a full bed.
