Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. Had a last minute illness come up, and Nate was flexible with helping me change my arrival and departure schedule. Property was located in a nice and quiet area.

Perfect, quiet little stay.

We enjoyed this property so much! Location and atmosphere were ideal. Our kids had so much fun seeing the horses from the deck and playing with the abundant amount of snow that had just come a couple days before our arrival. We loved the property and the time we got to spend hanging out on the property! Will book again in the future.

There was a huge stain on the pullout with no cover or sheet. The floors were not vacuumed. The water pressure was bad enough. I think you mentioned a bedroom….NOT. get a cleaning company

Wonderful Stay!

We had the perfect stay for my husband's 50th birthday. The property is exactly as listed-- It is clean, safe, cozy, very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with everything we needed. It is located just outside the city on a horse ranch, with a view of the mountains making it an authentic Colorado experience. The property is conveniently located near Red Rocks, restaurants, stores, and many outdoor area activities and easy to navigate to all these locations. Nate is an incredible host, very welcoming, personable and responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you, Nate, for a wonderful stay!

Great stay close to every but in the country

We stayed two nights for shows at Red rocks. It was an easy drive but also super close to Golden where we spent our days. Communication was great, check in super easy and everything you could need was there.

Red Rocks Getaway

This was the perfect peaceful space to relax and enjoy a view of the mountains while being close to many attractions. It was a convenient drive to Red Rocks as well as many enjoyable hiking trailheads. We also discovered fun places to get food and drinks in downtown Arvada.(New Image Brewing and Schoolhouse Kitchen and Libations) The space was cozy and.clean. We definitely hope to return again!
