Leading into the house, there is an open-concept main living area with an amazing full kitchen. The upstairs loft bedroom will make you feel like you're on Cloud 9, offering treetop ambience through large windows while laying in an enveloping comfort of a king bed. Heated bathroom floors, pure linen sheets, soapstone counters, original art - this space was immaculately designed to make you feel cozy and elevated. It offers amenities from morning Nespresso to plush bathrobes to relax in at the end of the day.

Love this place

This place was perfect for me. It was thoughtfully curated and has everything you need including a Nespresso machine (with pods), a nice hairdryer (ladies you can skip bringing yours and use the space for an extra pair of shoes) and many more amenities. It's a short walk to Pearl Street and has parking right in front of the unit. I had to call the host and she was very nice and helpful. I love this place and will stay here again.

This property was extremely well kept, very clean, high end appliances and very comfortable bedding. The warm bathroom floor was quite a luxury. Even though it’s on a busy street the noise level was very low, well insulated windows kept sound out for the most part. Convenient parking right in front of door. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. What a fantastic spot! I came to visit my son and cooked to fill up his fridge and look at real estate. Almost like a tree house, this was a perfect spot!

CU Boulder visit to see my son

I just spent a long weekend at this adorable loft/condo in a quiet neighborhood and close to the CU Boulder campus and Pearl Street. It was so great to be able to walk the Pearl Street Mall every morning and to the shops & restaurants in the evening. The parking spot was directly in front of the condo. Super clean, convenient, comfortable. Had everything I needed.

Little Gem in Boulder!!

If you're looking for a beautifully designed and perfectly appointed place for two to stay in Boudler, this is the place!! It exudes a high-quality, luxurious feel, yet is cozy and comfortable. Parking, coffee/tea, amazing linens, wifi, easy check-in/out...just about everything you could need was supplied for guests. The heated bathroom flooring, the beautiful skylight in the bedroom loft, the contemporary lighting, were all wonderful treats!! We highly recommend this place and hope to stay again soon!!

Convenient, comfy and clean

Perfect stay for my husband and I, visiting our kids in town. Walking distance to morning coffee, downtown - Pearl St. and the Hill restaurants and shopping. We didn’t need a car but easy access and space for one. Comfy/quality bed and bedding. Didn’t cook but kitchen was well equipped. Host was responsive and accommodating. We’ll return.
