This was a first for me and my partner!

My partner and I have always stayed in hotels while traveling, but we decided to try a VRBO rental this time. What a nice surprise and to the convenience and hominess of this rental. Everything was a advertised and it felt like a mini version of our own home. Thanks again to Shannon for a lovely place to stay.

Even Better than advertised

Great location and very quiet. We were visiting friends in West Seneca and it was a perfect spot. My wife was surprised at how many things that were provided especially all the cooking items one might have forgotten to bring, like oil, spices and so forth.

Nice accommodations

Lovely property; seemed like we were in the country but only minutes from shopping and main routes. The place was outfitted with everything imaginable, like baggies, tea, coffee and SO many things. They even had a dishwasher and great water pressure in the shower. I've never stayed in a place where the owner outfitted things so completely! Great host!! Hope we can stay again to visit our son.

More than ten stars

The property was located in a very serene country setting. The locations of our interests were quite close. The two-lane roads were curvy and hilly and we loved it. The Inn itself was quite invigorating and allowed us to be able to nurture nature in a relaxful atmosphere. We were both quite satisfied with our stay. We felt secure in our surroundings and also felt supported by Shannon and all she did for us. Our stay transformed our lives. We met friends that we didn't know we had. While driving on William Road we came across a radio station "WXRL" and stopped to say hello. Spoke with a radio employee named "Denise" I believe. Very nice and welcoming to us. The shower at the Inn was soothing and warm and energized us for the day. Our bed was oh so comfortable. Shannon had thought of everything and then some to help make our stay more relaxful, meaningful and non-stressful. It was a sad day when it came time for us to leave and go back home. Prior to that, though, was when we went to Niagra Falls and my wife was able to scratch off of her "bucket list" of going on the "Maid of the Mist". It was empowering!! The main reason we went to New York was to see, first hand, Vindler's 5 & 10. Met and spoke with Don Vindler for quite some time and some pictures taken with him. Very personable individual. Shannon had also highly recommended "Marie's Cafe" in Alden, N.Y. and had an enjoyable breakfast. Also made friends with Nancy, Grace & Patrick at the W.N.Y. Welcome Center.

Very Quiet & Very Convenient!

This was a perfect spot for me. It felt rural but within a few minutes drive to everything. I especially enjoyed the Naval and Military Museum in Buffalo. I went for the eclipse and I was very appreciative of the very reasonable rental rate. Stay with confidence. The hosts were very nice.

Thank you Shannon for making us feel welcome and comfortable in your “country cottage apartment” Appreciated separate driveway&entrance; clean, warm, cozy, inviting living space; SPACIOUS clean kitchen including coffee/creamer, variety of tea’s, with a couple treats; nice clean bathroom with toiletries available with access from bedroom or bathroom; simple clean bedroom, comfortable bed. Very cozy

I was visiting a friend in New York. Her and I stayed in this cozy in suite one bedroom. It was just enough room for two everything worked beautifully. We were able to cook and listen to music watch movies and enjoy some of the local attractions in and around Niagara Falls in Buffalo Would stay here again. The host were excellent. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy the space.

Perfect Stay!

This is one of the coziest places we have rented. Check-in was easy and no concerns during our stay. Met the very friendly owner, Shannon, and her pup, Grace. It's a great location to be away from it all yet close to everything. Highly recommend!

NICE QUIET CONTRY DOWN TIME

What a perfect place, everything was here, the place is done so well and the host is very easy to communicate with. It's so close to everything. Lancaster is one of the cutest towns I have seen in a while.

Cute little getaway

It was a cute little place, we enjoyed our stay. Theres only two things, I would of enjoyed, is a cover over the porch for the rainy days and a tv in the bedroom. Other than that no complaints.
