Welcome
in our unique holiday home on Lake Gräbendorfer amidst nature.
Proximity to nature and luxurious furnishings enable you to have a relaxing time.
Möwe 3 is a floating holiday home on a concrete float.
It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical equipment and subtleties in a modern design.
With its comfortable furnishings, it meets the requirements of a beautiful holiday home and offers space for an exceptional maritime family vacation with up to 6 people. The pontoon (concrete float) allows a maximum of 12 people on board for convivial dinners and larger gatherings.
On 44 square meters of living space and equipped with modern heating / air conditioning technology, it is always pleasant on cold and hot days. However, it is much nicer to enjoy the sun, wind and water on the 15 square meter terrace on the bow or the 25 square meter terrace on the upper deck. The available circulation area enables a comfortable circumnavigation. They have a full bathroom with a vanity, shower and underfloor heating and an extra toilet with a vanity.
A fully equipped small kitchen with oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and much more is at your disposal.
A panoramic living room and everything else will allow you to have a good time on the water. The three enclosed interiors and two terraces offer enough retreat options, especially when used with several people on board, to recharge your batteries and enjoy the sun and water.
A large Ultra HD TV (OLED) and a sound system leave nothing to be desired.
High-speed internet access with WiFi access is of course also available for free use.
A powerful electric grill on the terrace invites you to use it.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Eine tolle Lage am See mit super Badequalität. Ruhige Natur, ein gemütlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im See - das Richtige um sich zu erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf dem Hausboot
Absolut toll ausgestattetes Hausboot! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Einzig die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Der See ist super sauber und man kann sich einfach nur erholen. In der direkter Nähe gibt es auch einen Imbiss - falls man mal selbst nicht kochen möchte. Perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank

Sehr erholsam
Wir haben hier eine sehr erholsame Zeit verbracht. Einfach morgens noch vor dem Frühstück ins kühle Nass...auch unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen ( 8 und 12). Nur ein kleines Manko, wenn Wochenende kommt,dann wird es am Strand direkt am Hausboot recht laut und die Leute schwimmen direkt am Hausboot entlang. Ansonsten nichts zu meckern.

Wir waren letzte zum zweitenmal in der Möwe 3 und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Das Hausboot ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende auf dem Hausboot. Es war alles da was benötigt wird, von Handtüchern über Bettwäsche bis hin zu allerlei Küchenutensilien und einem Grill. Selbst ein Handwagen für das Gebäck war vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Gastgeschenk - sehr aufmerksam. Lage ist gut, direkt am Radweg, unweit von Burg. Wir wollen in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

- modernes Ambiente - es ist alles da, was benötigt wird, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Man muss wirklich nix mitbringen, selbst Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche waren vor Ort. - saubere Hygieneanlagen - ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen, vorausgesetzt, es schlafen 2 Personen auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende auf dem Floß. Der Ort am See ist super schön und das Floß perfekt ausgestattet. Einzig die Einstellung der Heizung hat nicht immer geklappt, sie ging oft erst zeitverzögert an und dementsprechend nicht geheizt. Allen in allem trotzdem super und wir würden wieder kommen!

Ruhige Lage, Erholung pur, modern eingerichtet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Grundbedarf fehlt. Wie Brot und Brötchen. Brotmaschiene wäre nicht schlecht. Handtücher 1x in der Woche bitte wechseln (waren weiß). Aber das ist jammern auf höchsten Niveau. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Danke

Fantastische Unterkunft
Wow, wir sind total begeistert und werden wiederkommen. Aufstehen und direkt ins Wasser springen oder mit dem SUP auf den See und am Abend angeln und grillen. Auch das Leihen eines Kajaks war vor Ort unproblematisch. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir die Zeit genossen. Bei Sonnenschein ist der obere Bereich ein Traum.

Keine Wünsche offen....
Wir waren vier Arbeitskollegen, die sich ein paar Tage Ruhe gönnen wollten.... Das Hausboot ist wie beschrieben. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen.... Ausstattung inkl Klimaanlage hatten wir nicht erwartet. Umgebung ist sehr schön, wenn man die Natur schätzt. 15 Minuten Autofahrt, dann ist man bereits im nächstgrößeren Städtchen.... Sehr schön... Der See ist richtig toll, Für morgendliche Schwimmbahnen genau richtig um in den Tag zu starten.... Falls ihr Zweifel habt, ob es was für euch ist, für uns war es die richtige Entscheidung dort Urlaub zu machen..... Wir kommen wieder...... 👍👍👍

sehr zu empfehlen!
Das schwimmende Haus ist sehr schön und top eingerichtet. Der See und die Radwege herum garantieren Erholung pur. Lediglich die Badegäste am Wochenende erzeugen doch einen ziemlichen Lärmpegel, der etwas stöhrt. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war super! Sehr gute Ausstattung und Bedingungen für Radfahren, Baden, Wassersport ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Eine Bemerkung, der Bungalow war sehr hellhörig.

Wir waren 1 Woche auf dem Hausboot. Super eingerichtet, es war alles da. Schöne Lage, wir haben die Zeit genossen und haben für nächstes Jahr wieder 1 Woche gebucht.

Toller See- fanden leider auch sehr viele andere Menschen.
Sicher waren wir darauf angewiesen, dass Badetemperaturen da sind, damit es ein Badeurlaub am See wird. Die Vorstellung, die wir bei der Buchung hatten, war den Tag auf der Terrasse zu verbringen und ab und an in den See hüpfen, um sich zu erfrischen. Was wir uns nicht ausgemalt hatten, ist die Tatsache, dass die Boote direkt an einem öffentlichen Badestrand liegen. Unsere Terrasse war somit mitten im Geschehen. Von Privatsphäre keine Spur und die Lautstärke glich am Tag der eines vollen Freibades. Das ist für den relativ hohen Mietpreis doch recht blöd. Fazit: der See und die Boote sind top! Das nächste mal würden wir allerdings die Möwe 1 buchen und somit den Aufenthalt auch genießen können.
