Get away from the city and enjoy this spacious 2000 square foot bungalow steps from the Georgian Bay with access to a private beach.
We're renting our home for the months of October and November - 30 Day minimum due to neighborhood rules.
-3 Bedrooms (3rd bedroom can have bed, desk, or both, let us know)
-Fenced Backyard with lots of outdoor space with grill and fire pit
-Finished garage with heating, ping pong table, couch, large screen tv
-Finished loft space for quiet time

Your host
This is our house and we love it! We will be moving to the city and renting this house out on a month-minimum basis. We have put a lot of care into making this place feel like a home and we hope you'll enjoy it!
Why they chose this property
It is a charming bungalow with all the modern updates. There is also a fenced back yard, a fire pit, and grill, and of course, you are steps to the private beach, which only the neighborhood residents can access.
