Just a 5-min walk to beach, this luxurious 5BR/4BA home in Surfside Beach is spacious, packed with upgrades, and includes a heatable private saltwater pool in a sunny backyard complete with a Tiki Bar, a gas grill, picnic table in a covered area, loungers, some pool and beach toys provided. Close to Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier and dining area. Close to all MB has to offer! Also incl a golf cart, game table, an outdoor cornhole set and a putting green!
It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is included, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages will result in extra fees.

While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required.

While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on
6. Guest who is bringing pet(s) must sign a pet agreement

Pool heat is not included automatically. It is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat fee is $100. Please inquire if desired..

It is recommended you purchase the accidental damage protection if offered through your booking provider. Also we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your reservation from cancellation charges.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire.

We tend to let our guests have peaceful enjoyment of their vacation. However, we are nearby and are here to ensure you have a great stay if you need us.
THE LOCATION

Walk 5 minutes to reach the nearest stretch of golden sand. Take a walk beside the ocean, build sandcastles with the kids, or simply kick back and soak up the sun. Take the golf cart for even quicker access!
Walk 15 minutes to hit the fairways at Tupelo Bay Golf Center. Or hop in the car and drive 10 minutes to enjoy inlet views and many famous seafood restaurants along The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, 20 minutes to Broadway at the Beach (shopping, theaters, restaurants, boat rides, etc), the Market Common (shopping, restaurants, theater) or venture out onto the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk!

When dining out, walk less than 10 minutes or drive the golf cart to the Conch Cafe — a casual beach-side eatery specializing in steaks and seafood as well as burgers and sandwiches, comes with a full ocean view. Or to the Surfside Pier to go fishing or eat at one of the many restaurants. In the other direction is the Garden City Pier with restaurants, shops, arcades, and a small park with rides.
The house is a Twin in which there are no shared areas. Guests have access to the entire property as advertised. Pool is private for Tiki Time guests' use only.
LIVING AREAS

Enjoy relaxed quality time in the open living room, outfitted with tiled floors and tropical-themed decor. A sectional couch and three armchairs sit before a Smart TV — complete with a PlayStation and a smart TV for access to your Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. accounts.

KITCHEN & DINING

Overlooking the living area, a stylish kitchen gleams with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In the mornings, sip coffee at a roomy breakfast bar that seats four, at the round dining table that seats eight or out on the deck with ample conversation seating.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

All five bedrooms feature fresh coastal decor and their own flat-screen TV.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, a private balcony with outdoor seating, and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and double sink granite vanity.

On the entry level, the first bedroom has a queen bed, a full sized futon, and a small private balcony. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.

Upstairs, a second bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third and fourth bedrooms feature queen beds and share a Jack and Jill style bathroom fitted with a bathtub/shower combo, while the fifth bedroom comes with a King bed with an en-suite master bath with large walk-in shower and a private deck.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four vehicles (parked in tandem) and use of the on-site golf cart (with signed golf cart agreement).

Added extras include beach and pool toys, board games, books for adults and kids, as well as a Pack 'n Play, stroller, and a highchair, an air hockey table for a rousing fun family hockey game, a Playstation and a game table for rainy days, an outdoor cornhole game set and an outdoor putting green provide lots of fun in addition to the saltwater private pool, tiki bar and grill.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend lazy afternoons around your private heatable saltwater pool. There’s plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a covered Tiki Bar and picnic table area, cornhole set, and a putting green!

The master bedroom has a private balcony with a bistro table to sip your coffee in privacy in the morning, and a big balcony off the living room has comfy conversation seating for eight.
It is recommended to have a car but if you don't you can meet most of your needs using the golf cart, walking, or catching a cab, Uber or Lift.
