DETAILS: Song by the Sea is a bright, beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 14 and is steps from the white-sand beach. A private pool, lake views, spacious deck, and comfortable but luxurious furnishings will spoil guests.

A guest bedroom at the front of the house has a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo. An airy, light-filled kitchen, living, and dining space have views of a small lake behind the home. Guests can enjoy breakfast or a quick snack at the granite-topped kitchen island or prepare a fantastic seafood dinner with premium appliances. A dining table seats 6, and the adjacent living area has a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat that surround a flat-screen TV. A door from the living area opens to a wood deck surrounding a private pool with views of the lake. In the evening, guests can relax poolside and listen to frogs sing.

A primary bedroom on the second floor has gorgeous water views, a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and private access to a balcony overlooking the lake. A guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. A second guest bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with an adorable bunk bedroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

With its water views, pool, and close location to the beach, Song by the Sea won't be available for long.

Great experience!

Had an issue with our 1st property and Warren Beach Rentals was on top of it and worked their magic getting my family into this beautiful property. The property is GREAT and spacious.. and about 100 yards from the beach! Golf Cart was an awesome bonus as well. Warren Beach Rentals did a great job handling the situation and making our trip a great one!! Well for sure use them again and give this property a BIG thumbs up!!

Impressed. Hard to beat this home.

Absolute stunner of a home, step right outside and hit the private dune walkover to the beach. We certainly enjoyed the privacy overlooking the lake from the pool, so not matter if we were at the beach, or grilling out poolside, we always had a great view of the sunsets. Great layout, everyone had ample space to enjoy their private time, and plenty of room to gather and never feel cramped. The house was exceptionally well furnished, and the golf cart was a great add on. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, golf, even church was less than a mile away. You could not ask for a better, more convenient location, yet, private and never crowded. Great Home, and the Warren Beach Rentals staff, especially Christy, was just awesome to work with, we give them the highest marks and will make this our Destin "home" for our next stay.

A Perfect Beach Retreat

Our recent stay at "Song by the Sea" through Warren Beach Rentals was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the charm and tranquility of this coastal beauty. Location: Song by the Sea boasts an unbeatable location, just 10 steps away from the private beach walkover. The neighborhood was gated and private, and the convenience of the location truly enhanced our beach experience. Accommodations: Tastefully decorated interior that exudes coastal elegance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the living spaces to the comfortable beds. We found the rental to be impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Amenities: One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool that added an extra element of luxury to our beach getaway. Additionally, the rental was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for and we had the most enjoyable stay from start to finish. Customer Service: Our experience with the rental manager was exceptional from beginning to end. Friendly, accommodating, and always available to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their professionalism and hospitality left a lasting impression, and we're already counting down the days until our next visit. Overall, our time at Song by the Sea exceeded all expectations. With its unbeatable location, impeccable accommodations, and top-notch service, this beach house truly embodies the essence of a perfect coastal retreat. We can't recommend it highly enough and eagerly anticipate our return to this slice of paradise.

Amazing family get away!

Pleasantly surprised with the house. Was very clean and organized upon arrival. Had an issue with a/c one of the days. Response was super quick from maintenance and issue was resolved by end of the day. Great communication. Walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes if that. Super close and amazing beach views.

couldn't be more pleased...

We booked this property for our annual family vacation and couldn't be more pleased with our decision. The property was very clean which is never the case with beach properties and the host was very responsive the couple of times we had to reach out regarding the pool lights and a few booking items. If you are looking for something clean, secure (gated community), centrally located, and close to the beach (2 min walk), then this is the spot.

Perfect for family vacation

Great house for a family get-a-way.

This was a wonderful home for a family vacation. Just steps away from the beach and it had a wonderful pool/sauna. There was plenty of space for a family of 11 and it was very conveniently located to restaurants, a grocery store and the outlet mall. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
