This immaculate 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath reversed living home is located just four houses from the beach. It has fabulous cove, bay & sunset views. NEW FOR 2025 IS A 25 FOOT LONG IN GROUND POOL! The master bedroom is also being completely renovated for 2025 with claw foot tub and extra large shower. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed & bath with a stall shower. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds plus a bunk bed & share a large hall bath with a tub/shower. A large laundry room is on this floor. The top floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new quartz counters and stainless appliances, den/5th bedroom with a queen size pull-out, a half bath, screened porch with table & chairs, a front deck, with a gas grill, faces the cove and bay. The roof deck has panoramic views with 6 person hot tub. The backyard will be fenced in for 2025 with pool and outdoor shower. Second full size fridge for extra food/beverage storage. Wireless speakers throughout for listening enjoyment.


Located on a dead-end street this house is perfect for young children learning to ride bikes. There is access to the cove for your kayak or canoe. Coffee on the front or roof decks at sunrise is a wonderful way to start the day. The home's sound system makes every sunset a party. Image being on the roof deck at sunset with your drink, hors d'oeuvres, and your own music ! It doesn't get much better than that.

An enjoyable week!
The beach was a 3 min walk from the house, so we got out there every day it was not raining (can't change that!). We were there in mid-Oct and very few other people around, so it was quiet and pleasant.

An incredible week
This house is just a few from the beach and has panoramic views of the bay and partial ocean., You cant beat the sunset views from the top deck. We had our morning coffee and 4:00 cocktails here. There are two additional decks, one screened in, lovely for cards, games etc and one off the dining room. The two master bedrooms with their own full baths were wonderful as were the other bedrooms, den, living room. The house was immaculate upon arrival and equipped very well. There isn't anything you wouldn't have the tools to cook/bake. The beach was surprisingly not crowded and just beautiful. I think the location is so residential with few hotels keeping it not too populated. It is a nice bike ride to the end of the island and a 5 minute drive to Bay Village (or a 10 minute or so bike ride). My family will definitely come back. The owners are very nice to deal with.

Love this house
Beautiful home, very comfortable. Love the views. The owner could not be nicer and more attentive. This is our 4th year renting and we can not imagine going anywhere else. Wonderful fall retreat, great location.

I couldnt say more positive things about this house! From the minute i spoke to the owner to the minute we left (which we didnt want to at all)!!! It was worth every penny!!! The whole house was emmaculate! We loved the location! Every morning we would take a walk on the very private road and heard the birds and wildlife all around us!! We also got up every morning and walked across the street to watch the sunrise! It was so wonderful to be so close!!! The house met all our needs! Also, which really means alot to us that the owner Alan was so nice!! I would rate this house very high! When we left we both looked at each other and said lets book for next year!!!!!

amazing views - very comfortable home
Our extended family of 10 stayed for the week leading up to memorial Day. Beautiful views from inside the house. Very close to the beach. House is not brand new , but nicely equiped with beach charis, etc, TV's, and kitchen necessities. Owner very easy to deal with.

Great location, house, and value!
We had a wonderful time at this house. Making the reservation with Allan was easy and professional. Everything that was represented in the description was there. When we had a minor problem, the owner was very responsive and the problem resolved itself. The house is well equipped, the beach equipment made going to the beach easy and pleasant, we could see both bay and ocean from the roof patio, the wetlands next door meant that there was a full panoramic view of the Bay from 2nd and 3rd floors, the layout with two master bathrooms and a hall bathroom meant everyone had easy access to a bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the TV's and internet worked fine, the the rent was very reasonable for this time of year. All in all, a very pleasant stay during our Jersey Shore reunion/vacation this year!

Great house! Highly recommended!!
This was my first time staying on LBI. We rented this house with another family and had plenty of space. The location is very nice being that it is not on a busy street which was great for our young children to ride their bikes. Great views from the front and roof top deck. The outdoor speakers were a very nice touch so we could listen to music as we were enjoying the views. The Weber gas grill was a big plus since we love to grill. We will definitely come back to this house.

Family of 10 Vacation
Overall impression of the property/house is Great! View of bay and ocean from the decks is gorgeous, especially the roof deck. House is stocked with everything you need.The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Owner(Alan) was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Everything was just like the pictures on the web site. Peaceful location and plenty of space. Beautiful private beach and we never felt crowded.The deck was a wonderful place to hang out anytime of day, which I did to enjoy the cool breezes. Highly recommend.

Great House
I was very pleased with this house. It was in great shape had everything promised was delivered. It was also very well stocked and very family friendly. The location is very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I had no complaints. The view from the roof deck was awesome!

Ladies Trip 2013
We had a wonderful Memorial Day week in LBI. This is the second house I've rented for that week, and once again we were lucky with weather. Clean house upon arrival, and all the needed amenities. I was surprised to see an electric grill as our grilling option, but relieved when we find the charcoal option in the garage. Rooms are great sizes, and the kitchen is a nice size for cooking as well. Balcony has a decent view of the bay-especially since the house isn't beachfront. The wind was way too strong to ever utilize the top roofdeck. Not sure if its always that way. Why 4 stars and not 5? We had to deal quite a bit (2-3 straight days) of drilling behind the home during construction. It literally shook the house and made it semi-miserable to be at during the day. Which stinks because many of us wanted to relax and read on the balcony. We weren't compensated in anyway either-which would have lessoned the blow of our vacation being impacted. Otherwise, Alan the homeowner responded in a timely fashion to other issues that came up in the house or questions we had upon arrival.
