Die lichtdurchflutete und neu renovierte Ferienwohnung (100qm) besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten), einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und einer großen, komplett eingerichteten Küche. Esszimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Balkon, TV und Radio stehen auch zur Verfügung, genau wie kostenfreies WLAN und ein Stellplatz für PKWs. Für Fahrräder ist ein abschließbarer Raum vorhanden. Ob Wandern auf Wanderwegen durch idyllische Landschaften und Wälder oder sportlich aktiv aus unseren Mountainbike-Strecken, Bewegung, Erholung und Genuss liegen nah. Die beiden Weingüter gegenüber laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein und zu regionalen Schmankerln ein und das romantische Städtchen Wertheim ist nur 21km entfernt. Die Solymar Therme oder der Wildpark in Bad Mergentheim sind tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und mit Wertheim Village (21km) ist auch die Shoppingtour gesichert.
