We are life long SoCal residents and have been to beaches up and down the coast. Newport, however, is our favorite. We found ourselves here at least once a month. We'd lounge on the beach, rent boats, dine out or just go for walks. A few years ago we started renting homes for a week and enjoyed it immensely. At that point we decided it was time to buy. We found this cute 1 bedroom condo close to everything but away from the crowds. We spent the first few months remodeling it with a new kitchen, restroom and shower. We love the way it turned out, it is so comfortable and lives much larger than its size. It is our weekend getaway that we are ready to share it with you.

This Newport Beach Condo is only minutes from the Beach! Located in the gated community on the Bluffs, it offers all the perks of the Newport Beach lifestyle. It’s only a short walk or bike ride to the sandy beaches or all that Balboa Peninsula has to offer including restaurants, shops, theater, museum and much more. This unit is a 1 Bedroom floor plan on the first floor and comes with one parking spot in the gated, subterranean, parking garage. The complex also offers many amenities including: a newly renovated pool & spa area with beautiful fountains, BBQ’s and lounge chairs, clubhouse with a full kitchen, sauna, two fitness rooms, library and more.
