Das geräumige, moderne 1-Raum-Appartement misst 37qm und besitzt einen Linoleumboden (Naturmaterial). Der Boden ist sehr umweltfreundlich, genauso wie gut für Allergiker geeignet. Im Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich ein Doppelbett, eine Couch, ein Satelliten TV, ein Telefon, ein Tresor und ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Die Zimmer sind hell und mit freundlichen Farben eingerichtet. Die Küche befindet sich separat und mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. WC und Dusche sind jeweils in einem separaten Raum. Außerdem hat das Appartement einen Balkon, der zur Südwestseite ausgerichtet ist. Die ganze Wand in Richtung Balkon besteht aus Glas, sodass das Appartement sonnendurchflutet ist. Auf diese Weise kann man auch an kalten Tagen die Sonne genießen. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN.
