Charming, clean, private 1 bedroom guesthouse with on-suite bathroom and sleeper sofa conveniently located only 1.1 mile from I-95. Nestled in a nature preserve, this gem is not only centrally located between the busy hub of Viera and the City of Melbourne, but this property is also just minutes from quiet local beaches, boutiques, , shopping mall, great restaurants and prominent golf courses.

Come relax in the hot tub, enjoy sun by the pool and stroll down to the koi pond to feed the fish.

Our property provides safety and security as it is privately gated and monitored.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
This guesthouse is its own tiny home!
•Fully stocked kitchen to include dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, knife set with cutting board, coffee maker with k-cups provided, full-sized refrigerator and pantry (stocked at guest’s request for additional fee and cost of requested groceries)
•Dining table sits 4
•Living room includes a large flat-screen TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+, a comfortable accent chair and lap desk for laptop or tablet use, sofa with chase converts to a queen-sized sofa bed, and an ottoman.
•Includes its own washer/dryer combo with laundry tabs and dryer sheets provided
•Iron and tabletop ironing board located in walk-in bedroom closet
•Dishwasher with detergent tabs provided
•Cleaning supplies available for cleaning spills or crumbs (guests can request host-provided cleaning and/or laundry service during extended stays for additional fee)
•Spacious bedroom with one Queen-sized bed, a 6-drawer dresser, 2 nightstands and a spacious walk-in closet (complete with extra blankets, pillows and clothes hangers)
•On-suite full-bath with walk-in shower and shower wand, hair dryer (complimentary H2O Therapy shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion)

GUEST ACCESS:
•Guests are provided with separate access to the guesthouse. The pathway to the guesthouse is accessible from driveway with a designated guest parking space.
•Koi pond on property is accessible through a beautiful nature tunnel of Mimosa Trees. Pergola located at koi pond. Guests are provided with Koi food to feed the fish if they so choose.
•Guests may also encounter other wildlife at times as the property is surrounded by a nature preserve. Deer have been spotted at night in back yard.
•Please note: Some wildlife can be potentially dangerous. We request guests please take precaution and do not engage any wild animals.

This place was perfect. Our hosts took such attention to the smallest details and were so responsive which really helped us have a lovely trip. My kids loved playing in the pool and the setting was so beautiful! I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great location and hosts!

This was our second time staying here while visiting family in the area, and once again it was a great experience! We enjoyed the quiet, cozy, well-stocked guesthouse, as well as the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the local beaches is definitely a plus as well. We will probably be back next year!

Relaxing pool vacation

The property is gorgeous on the edge of a wildlife preserve, they have a beautiful patio with pool, bar, hot tub, games outdoor TV and refrigerator. The guesthouse is well furnished perfect for a couple and one to two kids. Also they have a green tunnel that leads to a fire pit and koi pond underneath a pergola. We had a great two night stay and would definitely come again and recommend to anyone!!

Willkommen in Melbourne

Wir konnten 5 phantastische Tage bei Jessi in Melbourne erleben. Die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Florida Reise. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten die Kältewelle in Florida mit 8 Grad am Tag erwischt und waren sehr glücklich darüber, dass es im Haus warm war. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (wahlweise für Kapseln oder Pulver) Toaster und neue moderne Waschmaschine und Trockner.. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, vornehmen Wohngegend von Melbourne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 2 Meilen Entfernung.. Die Ferienwohnung/ Haus auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren begeistert, den Pool mit Wirlpool zu nutzen. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch, liebe Jessi.

Amazing vacation stay!

Jessie and Billie are tremendous hosts. They take pride in all aspects of their rental property and are generous and welcoming. We adored our accommodations, and quite honestly, there were days that the outside area was the highlight of our day. They are respectful of your privacy, but certainly check to make certain you have everything you need. We loved our stay here!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent most of our time hanging out with local family, but also visited several of the nearby beaches. We made sure to spend time enjoying the pool and hot tub and feeding the fish in the pond as well. Our hosts were fantastic…the apartment was well-stocked and they were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be checking the availability when planning any future trips to the area!

I originally came down for a business trip and ended up having a blast. Jessie was an amazing host, very attentive and detailed when it came to stocking all off the essentials. The hot tub was amazing!! and the pool was refreshing. Just all around great hospitality. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
