We can accommodate up to 8 people and have a fully furnished nursery for families with small children (0-2) upon request. We offer late checkout options (anywhere from 11-2pm) upon request with no additional cost. Nightly rates vary for Aggie Football and graduation and a two night minimum is required for all reservations.

Cozy, open concept home with a split floor plan for maximum privacy. Prepare all your favorite game day snacks in our large kitchen with granite countertops and gas appliances or share a few drinks around our huge island/bar that overlooks the living room. The living room is the perfect place to watch a game as it boasts an 82” HDTV, 72” ceiling fan, gas fire place and a comfy leather sectional with 3 recliners and a charging pad/USB ports. Would you rather watch the game outside? No problem! Our fenced backyard backs up to wooded acreage for a secluded feel. The spacious patio is one of a kind and an entertainer’s dream! Our outdoor living space includes a sofa, a coffee table that doubles as a fire table, two oversized lounge seats, an outdoor eating area, another 82” HDTV, a fire pit, gas grill, string lights and three 72” ceiling fans. Once the game is over, relax in the master suite that includes a Nectar king bed, large HDTV, 72” ceiling fan, jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a built in vanity. Wi-Fi provided and streaming services included on all TVs.
