Enjoy relaxing days in our apartment sundeck 31. The spacious, open-plan living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, TV and a wood-burning stove, which provides warmth even on colder days. In the light-flooded dining area you can already enjoy the sun during breakfast. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. One with box spring bed (1,60x2,00m) and one with duo couch (2x 0,90x2,00m). Start your day in the bathroom with a spa shower or let it fade away with a glass of wine on the balcony. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben in Großenbrode ein paar sonnige, aber nachts kalte Tage verbracht. Wir konnten Fahrradtouren machen und am Strand sitzen. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung, hat eine super Lage und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Sofa war uns (66 und 65) zu weich und zu niedrig und im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer fehlten uns Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ansonsten alles tippitoppi.

Gut gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, um schnell am Strand und der Promenade zu sein. Die Einrichtung war gut und es war an Ausstattung alles vor Ort. Die Wohnung war nicht übermäßig sauber. Der Fußboden schien lediglich besenrein vom Vormieter hinterlassen worden zu sein. Eine weitere Reinigung war nicht zu erkennen. Für 60€ Endreinigung mussten wir die Wohnung ebenfalls besenrein übergeben. Es war sauberer, als bei unserer Ankunft.

Die Lage der Wohnung war genau richtig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar und ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Erholung in toller Umgebung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Großenbrode. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich wirklich super. Auch die Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und gut ausgestattet. Pro: natürlich der Kamin für die kühlen Tage, Balkon mit Blick über die Pferdekoppel, Tiefgarage, Essecke und der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer sind unsere Highlights. Außerdem die liebevoll beschrifteten Flyer für Sehenswürdigkeiten Contra: Sauberkeit… da ist noch ein bisschen was möglich (verkalktes Waschbecken im Bad, Haare im Schlafzimmer), Sofa ist schon etwas abgewohnt (Kissen auf einem Sessel ist unten offen da der Reißverschluss kaputt ist, Sofa zu zweit nicht wirklich bequem und einige Fäden stehen raus), die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer driften immer mal auseinander. Falls möglich wäre noch ein Aschekübel und eine neue Pfanne toll. Alles in allem aber eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen und eine wirklich gute Zeit verbringen kann.

Licht und Schatten

An sich eine tolle Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist die Sauberkeit nicht so gut, Haare in den Betten, dreckiges Geschirr usw. Das muss besser werden, ansonsten war alles super.

Kurzurlaub mit Freundin

War ein schöner Urlaub. Hat alles gepasst. Im Ort gibt es beim Nahkauf eine sehr gute E-Ladestation. Da wir mit dem E-Fahrzeug angereist sind, war das natürlich von großem Vorteil. Immer wieder gerne. Die Wohnung war sehr gut, schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ordentlich und sauber. Sehr gute Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand. Alles vor Ort, insgesamt kann man nur empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, und hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.

Empfehlenswert.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung einzig die Couchgarnitur ist etwas unbequem niedrig . Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gab es für die nicht so sauberen Fenster , das ist aber quengeln auf hohem Niveau.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ferienwohnung war super

Der Aufenthalt war bei bestem Wetter richtig toll. Die Nähe zum Strand war genial. Die Ferienwohnung selber war sehr stilvoll und neu eingerichet und man hatte genügend Platz. Der Balkon ist natürlich immer eine tolle Sache. Es war überall sehr sauber👍🤗👌

Ausstattung Ferienwohnung

Leider mussten folgende negativ Punkte festgestellt werden. Defekte Beleuchtung im Bad - wurde telefonisch bei Ankunft gemeldet - Behebung am nächsten Tag versprochen -> leider bis ABREISE kein Tausch des Leuchtmittel Kamin - nicht nutzbar da während des gesamten gebraucht es massiv nach verbrannten Gummi/Kunststoff roch Internet - Verbindung sehr schlecht - kurze Homeoffice Zeiten nicht möglich Versorgungsschacht Bad - starkes klappern + stumpfes Poltern wahrnehmbar - Tag als auch Nachts Dusche - In die Jahre gekommen-> geringe Abgabe von Wasser

Gute Lage und Ausstattung

Wir haben hier 5 Tage in einer tollen Wohnung (1.Etage statt Erdgeschoss) verbracht. Die Lage ist gut, alles ist schnell fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und gut ausgestattet. Von den Nachbarn hört man kaum etwas. Lediglich ein paar Dinge haben uns etwas „geärgert“: die Fenster sind extrem stark verdreckt, auch haben die Holzstühle auf den Fliesen leider keine Filzgleiter und zuletzt funktioniert das Deckenlicht im Bad nicht ( da fragt man sich schon, wie die Reinigung zuvor vorgenommen wurde). Die Kaffeemaschine ist dank 4-fach Entkalkung nun auch wieder in der Lage, Kaffee statt Mokka zu produzieren 😉 Alles kein Grund für trübe Stimmung, aber bei dem Mietpreis erwartet man schon etwas. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung aber bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen!

Alles Bestens

Sauber, bequeme Möbel, alles da was man braucht. Gute Kommunikation. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Restaurants fußläufig. Eigener Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Danke!
