Welcome to our beautiful holiday home "Klabautermann 53" in the Seepark Nordhorn!
The modern and comfortable "Klabautermann 53" is located on the idyllic Vechtesee with 2 floors in Seepark.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped, open kitchen with dining area and the bright living room with fireplace invites you to spend wonderful hours. The direct access to the terrace leads to the great sun terrace with patio furniture and loungers.
Also for your entertainment is taken care of. A BlueRay player (4K), an Alexa (can be switched off), a hi-fi stereo system (incl. Streaming), a selection of DVD's, BlueRays and books will not leave you bored.
The exclusive spa is equipped with a spa bath and a private sauna. The underfloor heating completes the feel-good effect throughout the house.
One bedroom upstairs of the non-smoking house has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and TV (49 '), the other via a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a streaming client (Magnat CS). 10).
The holiday home "Klabautermann 53" is the ideal starting point for a trip by bike along the Fietsentour in the county of Bentheim. The Fietsenbus will bring you and your bike a piece. The house has its own lockable bike room with simultaneous charging for 2 e-bikes.
