No expense was spared on this home.

Great outdoor space with a beautiful front porch, and deck in the back.

Disappointing
The property is in a lovely neighborhood. It is apparent when you drive in it is not being maintained. The lawn is a dust bowl. The house was not clean. Moldy coffee in the filter basket, sponges that smelled terrible. Debris on the floors (used dental floss etc). We had to go to dollar tree to get kitchen supplies. Oven dirty, few utensils and pots and pans. Laundry stacked on the dryer and on the floor in the closet. Lack of seating in the living room ( had to clean and bring in outdoor chairs). The motion light on the garage across the street from the mater bedroom went on every 2 minutes shining directly into the bedroom ( there is no window covering on the large transom window) The home is spacious and well designed but needs serious attention to be a VRBO.

5 Star Bungalow and host
Our group had a wonderful stay @ Sean’s property. Gorgeous remodel - everything we could have needed was there for us. Kitchen was well stocked - property was impeccably clean and better than the description online. Communication was clear and thorough - sad we only had 3 days here. Hope to return next year!

Beautifully appointed home close to downtown; every amenity well thought out.
I was not expecting the quality of this VRBO to be so exquisite. No offense to whomever photographed it, but it is much better in person. The scale of it along with the beautiful choices in materials made it a very pleasant surprise. My family along with the kid’s partners had an amazing spring break/concert weekend at this treasure. Sean was very responsive from reservation time to vacation time. A true gem in a sweet neighborhood,
