Roper's Paradise: No Living Quarters Trailer, no problem. Bring your horses, practice roping and stay in the fully furnished 30' Travel Trailer with pipe horse pens. Property backs to state land - easy access out back gate.
The 30' travel trailer is fully furnished, has a new awning, and comes with queen bed, full bath (tub & shower), kitchen with dinette, full size frig, stove/oven combo, living room with couch, swivel chair, TV and DVD player and propane heat.
Available beginning April 5, 2024.
The RV rents for $1,000/mo. and $75 Cleaning Fee. Minumum stay is 1 month.
Includes:
All utilities (electric, water, and trash), propane is extra.
All bedding and towels.
All dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator/freezer and microware.
Wireless internet available.
Suitable for 1-2 adults.

Pipe horse pens available with automatic waterers and barrel feeders.
$4/day per horse.
(You feed and clean daily) We haul all manure off site. Property backs to state land, so lots of desert riding available.
