Well maintained apartment with sunny terrace for 4 persons + 1 toddler. The apartment is ideal for families with children and in just a few minutes to reach the Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment is located directly on the park and only 150m from the forest and the forest sports field. In just a few minutes walk to the town center and the beach.

The apartment consists of a tiled living room with sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard, fitted kitchen with oven + ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and cot, one with two separate single beds, both rooms with wardrobe and bedside table, shower / WC with underfloor heating. Separate storage for bicycles and beach equipment in the garden. Parking in front of the house. Large garden with swings and slide, a clothes dryer is available.
