This updated top-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Lakeview Condominiums sleeps 8 across a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a double-over-double bunk bed, and an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed. It features a full-size kitchen, a gas fireplace, incredible up-close views of Lake Dillon, and a convenient location making for a short walk to local restaurants, shopping, festivities, and free public transportation. Guests can access the complex's hot tub, and recreation room. As an added convenience, shared laundry facilities are also available.

The entryway offers hooks and a bench for easy unloading as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a gas fireplace, ample seating, a mounted flatscreen TV, and beautiful lake and mountain views just outside the window, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day of adventures. The complex common area is just a short stroll away where you will access the featured amenities and shared grill/outdoor seating area.

The full-sized kitchen, with updated stainless steel appliances, has all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six, with room to add two more seats if desired. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining and a great space for gathering.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a desk for remote working opportunities, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom includes double sinks and a shower and bathtub combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second guest bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, one being a double-over-double and the other a twin-over-twin. Each bedroom closet has a supply of fans, humidifiers, and extra linens for your convenience. The guest bathroom is located just off the living area and offers a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

This condo is perfect for a vacation getaway, with beautiful views, a spacious layout, and proximity to all the amazing experiences Summit County has to offer. Please note that this is a top-floor condo that must be accessed by stairs. There are no elevators at this property.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
