This luxury single family home offers everything you need for the perfect Mickey Mouse vacation! It features 2,000 SQFT of living space, includes 4 bedrooms/3 baths, 2 master suites, and a private pool and spa.

Situated just 7.5 miles from Disney theme parks, this house is nestled in the resort community of Glenbrook, which is lined with tall palm trees and immaculate landscaping. The community boasts a large swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, game room, and playground.

Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a dramatic volume ceiling and a large open floor plan encompassing a living room, a great room with dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living room features air hockey and a sleeper sofa/loveseat combo. Two elegantly designed master suites offer luxurious sleeping arrangements with a King bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, silverware, and utensils. TVs are available in every bedroom and common area, along with free Wi-Fi. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, adds to your convenience.

Following guest feedback, we've recently undertaken renovations and upgrades worth over $10,000. The kitchen now showcases granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances. A new dining set, LVP bedroom flooring, and a magnificent 67-inch TV enhance the living experience. The garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring a brand-new pool table. Our goal is to offer a fresh and exciting experience for our guests.

The house is conveniently located a short drive from a Wal-Mart Super Center, Lowe's, library, bank, and numerous restaurants and shops. Nice place that can use a free improvements

It was okay but a few improvements could be made to make this property a lot better. Make sure any stained towels are removed and put in new ones that match would be nice. Patching walls with chips and painting in a lighter color will brighten things up. Make sure sheets are fully dried before putting them in beds. Some were still damp when we arrived. For any property improvements, you should make sure that work is scheduled after your guests departure. Roofers came at 7 while we were sleeping; we weren’t due to leave until 10 am that day.

Nice home for the price

Home was in good shape for a rental property. Was not prepared for the limited number of towels/wash cloths so we just bought some to use and take home with us. Overall was a good value for a week in Orlando.

Not clean

Dishes, glasses, and flatware were covered with old food and oil. Pool was not usable due to mal functioning filter system which left the pool with a top layer of several inches of floating dead bugs. Actual layout of the house is great but this one needs some serious cleaning. If you arrive at night be aware that there is no light illuminating the house number and it is very hard to see.

Great space

Overall great property. Host was great to work with, very responsive. The property manager David is great and on top of things. It’s any season I guess and there was an infestation of ants on the patio. I contacted David and within an hour the pest control company was there taking care of the issue. The house very spacious, I love that one of the master bedrooms is in the back of the house. The house is clean, but could use deep cleaning especially the baseboards, and underneath beds. Definitely need more towels and washcloths. Pool was great, great temperature, patio furniture needs updating. Overall great value for money. Would stay there again.

Wonderful vacation

Pool was awesome, we paid to have it heated and it was. Everything you needed was there. Beds were comfortable. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks!! We will stay here again!!!

Great time!

We were 4 golfers in that nice house, we had a great time, plenty of space, nice pool and spa. Quick response by owner that send David to fix the BBQ. Small points:add dishwasher soap(2 for 10 days),more dishcloth( only one).Instead of that we enjoyed our time

Clean had the basics you need for cooking. Pool was clean. Only thing is the light timer sticks on. Host and property manager were responsive through the whole stay.

Overall good stay, just know before you go.

Very communitive owners. Know there is an extra fee after booking for heat in the pool and heat in the hot tub. Without the heat in march the hot tub would have been too chilly to use without paying. There was some mold on one of the bathroom door trims but i read this in a review before hand. And just made sure the kids didnt sleep in the room and brought a small air purifier. I did enquire before hand what kind of coffee maker. Be sure to bring grounds and filters. Ive assumed kcups in past and learned my leasons. Brought extra toilet paper just in case. Overall was not a bad stay. Spacious. 45minute drive to universal both days for us. Wasnt the closest property but was doable.

Great place!!

The house was clean and very spacious. We got the pool heated and it was very warm and relaxing. We had a great experiance with the property manager as he went above and beyond to return a valuable item that we had left behind. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our stay, a great week! Would definitely consider for a future stay. In particular, we enjoyed the pool and spa. We had an issue on day one and the property manager (David) was incredible in how he dealt with the issue and rectified the problem! Could not have ask for more.

Oasis during a busy time

This house was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was clean. My friends enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was a very busy time at Disney, so I was grateful for a quiet place to recharge each day. It is about 30 minutes away from the parks, so just know that going in and you’ll enjoy your stay.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this property for my daughters wedding nearby. It was a perfect quiet location with plenty of spacious room. We didn't have little ones so we didn't utilize the games but we did enjoy the hot tub and pool. Would recommend this location.

The house waa okay

There were a lot of updates and maintenance needed in the house. This includes the key lock that was difficult to open. I was told to google it ( you could assume by who👀). There were a couple places where i saw the wood looks like it rotted. Some places you stay, theyre more accomadating. For example, three bathrooms, 1 extra roll of toliet paper i noticed. Maybe we were expected to bring our own, however, thats never been my experience, not even at a hotel. Just little nuances that made the stay mediocre.

Far from Luxury with a horribly rude host!!

Its unfortunate that this comment section only allows for a certain amount of characters because there is so much to be said about this host, Vivian, and the conditions of the property. Vivian is extremely rude and clearly has no interest in communicating nor even partially pleasing her guests. The house was dirty, rusted, stained, and had holes in walls and baseboards. The shower heads were covered in mildew/rust, pool floors rusted and walls torn, pool area stained and dirty. Grill was rusted and dirty (though if you dont clean it youll get charged a fee). The sliding doors were broken, broken chairs (in and outside), broken fridge drawers, unstable dishwasher, stained and torn towels, used toilet paper rolls with one extra (for 8 guest, 3 nights), TV remotes had no batteries, lamps didn't work, airhockey table barely worked and pool table barely stood. The list seems to go on. We travel and rent properties multiple times per year and have never experienced such a thing. Beware if you stay here!

Excellent family Villa close to Disney parks

I have recently stayed in this villa with my wife and some friends / family. We were here for 14 nights for our annual vacation. I have stayed in a number of villas in the Glenbrook area and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else - the location is perfect. Close to Disney parks, Walmart, and multiple restaurants. The villa itself was really nice. After we arrived, we noted the pools water level was quite low and I let the owner know. This was rectified by the property manager within a few hours. Very efficient and couldn’t do enough for us - great communication. The beds were comfortable and clean. Fridge / dishwasher / washer / dryer all in good working order. The pool and spa were excellent - well worth getting pool heating. Nice and warm in the pool and the spa was noticeably hotter. Around the pool area was also clean (a company come in weekly to clean the pool area and filter). There was plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery, towels etc for us to use during our stay too. Overall, we found this villa to be of a very good standard and we look forward staying here again in the future.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight. Glen Brook is a 5 Star resort community. It feature a club house, tennis court, beach valley ball, fitness center, pool and playground in the community. Tall palm trees line up the street and the landscape is immaculate. What even more impressed me is its location. The community is conveniently located off International Dr. (192) and close to 24 hours Walmart Super center, Publix Supermarket, Lowe's, library and numerous restaurants and stores. Walking distance to CVS and Walgreen. This neighborhood is suitable for both short term stay or long time living. No wonder it is a sweet heart for snow birds. We stayed in the house every year since we bought it and we still feel hard to leave it every time when we have to go.

What makes this property unique

Dramatic high ceiling everywhere in the house! It is extremely well designed floor plan, open concepts, two master suites which make it ideal for two family to vacation together. There is no carpets: ceramic tiles and LVP throughout the house, thus it is friendly for kids with asthma. Unfortunately my son was one of them. This is why we did this. We care about the house and we plan to use it for our own retirement.
